Chapter 3

~~Next Day~~

So things went well for the young girls yesterday. They seem to be fitting in quite nicely. Seto is quite impressed with their abilities and wish to know more. The girls find it fastinating that the humans, and other hybrids, are not treating them like they were in the camps. They hope to see their friends real soon.

"Girls!" The girls heard what sounded like general Sky's voice. They turned around and yup. It's Sky.

"Oh hey Sky!. What's up?" Skylar asked. He took them to his room. When they were all seated, Sky spoke.

"I need to know where your closest friend is." He said. The girls thought a moment. Nik snapped her fingers.

"Ocean Blue village. Located right off the coast of the ocean. Hence it's name. Should be less then half a day's travel there. Our friend Alexandra lives there." Nik explained.

"Right! Alex!" Cass smiled.

"Warning she's very competitive." Skylar chuckled and shook her head. Sky nodded.

"Excellent. Now, you girls should get ready to go. I am going, your protectors are going and Seto is going as well. Not very many. So off you go." He stood up and the girls walked out.

"Wait, isn't Alex a squid hybrid?" Cass asked. The girls stopped walking.

"Well, technically she isn't with the squids. She just happened to be a squid hybrid. She hates what the squids are trying to do to Minecraftia. She does breath under water and above so...maybe she could be of some help to the Army." Skylar pointed out. The girls nodded.

"She is going to be very competitive towards Sky however." Nik sighed. The girls nodded.

"She's competitive to everyone." Cass chuckled.

"Ehhh she has a point Nik." Skylar smirked.

"Yeah yeah yeah, getting back to when she defeated me at a challenge. Yeah yeah yeah." Nik giggled. The girls laughed and went to their rooms. Meanwhile, Sky is talking with Devon, Jason, and Mitch waiting for Seto and the girls. Sky waved Jason over while the other 2 weren't paying attention.

"Hey Sky what's up?" He asked.

"2 things. 1, do you ever take that helmet off?" Sky asked with a chuckled. Jason laughed.

"No not usually." Jason answered. Sky laughed.

"Okay, okay, 2....the Hybrid.....Nik, you like her a lot. Don't deny it. I know you do." Sky smiled a bit. Even behind the glasses you could tell his eyes lit up. Jason blushed. But it couldn't be seen behind the helmet. "You should tell her sooner or later Jason. I think she likes you back." Sky pat his friend on the back. "Just make sure you don't hurt her. I want these ones safe from harm. Got it?" Sky finished. Jason smiled a bit and nodded.

"Course." Jason said. Sky smiled and walked in front of him.

"Take her to one of the parkour courses. I'm sure that'd be fun for her." Sky told him. Jason nodded again and smiled.

"Jason! Dood! Come here!" Mitch waved Jason over. Jason nodded to Sky and walked over to Mitch. Devon walked over laughing. Sky leaned against the wall smirking.

"You too huh?" He said. Devon turned his head to Sky wide eyed.

"What do you mean?" He asked. Sky walked over to Devon.

"You like her. Cass. Don't deny it. I can see it in your eyes." Sky said to him. Devon turned red.

"Uh....well....uh..." He stuttered. Sky smirked.
