This was kind of a test so I could try out all the options Aight so you gotta insert the image. >Command+ V on Mac >Control+ V in anything else idk man
Then you go to the layer with that image. And then you gotta go to the tippy top and hover over "Image" and click the "Hue/Saturation" option and that should bring up a dialog box. There's a bunch of things you can do in there but what I did was I made the Greens More Vibrant and saturated and dulled the other colors a bit. I did the same with Plagg then just put a glitter background in.
You can mess around with opacity and stuff by taking the eraser tool and putting the opacity down to like, 16? You just gotta experiment.

TThe original image was white roses but I made the very bottom layer a magenta then put the roses on top the erased it with a very low opacity so the background was barely visible.
I dulled all of Crona's colors and add the Luminosity filter thingy down in the layers box I just used a weird brush for the gray part ig

You can see on Juuzou that he is duller? Paler? More blended? Idk how to word. I used another low opacity eraser and just erased a bit of him so it wouldn't good so out of place. I found a blood splatter with a transparent background and brightened the pinks in the blood and on Juuzou
Uh yea That's all Also I actually drew things so.
Bad pictures but whatever
