Chapter Twentyfive - Calm down, Carley

I put on a white tank top, with baggy, grey sweatpants. I was in a bad mood today. You know those days were you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, and for some weird reason, you just real like you gave been hit by a bus? Today was that type of day.

I let my long, dark blonde hair flow past my shoulder blades. I straightened it a little because is I didn't, I swear I would have a legit afro.

I stepped out of the bathroom after putting a light layer of mascara on my eyelashes. I left my face fresh though, besides the mascara. I probably looked like a train wreck, but I couldn't care less.

I glanced over at the clock.

   4:52

I just back from set. I didn't have many scenes with Noah today, but you could tell he was still mad. Millie and Sadie sensed  both of our change in behaviors, but I just brushed them off like nothing was going on.

I am pretty sure Finn knew was going on because he kept giving me apologetic looks. I would just give him a sad smile. I need to figure out Sierra on my own, before I fixed my problem with a guy. Friends before boys.

I grabbed my phone and wallet.

"MOM, GOING TO THE ICE CREAM SHOP. BE BACK IN LIKE 45 MINUTES, MAYBE." I yelled, before booking it out the door, before she wouldn't let me go.

I glanced at my watch.

   4:57

I slowly walked to the shop. Honestly, I didn't want to talk to her, but I already texted her. She didn't reply, but she did read it, so if she didn't show up, that is just another reason for me to eat my favorite thing that has ever been created. Ice cream, my one and only true love.

I walk in and see Sierra. She was wearing leggings, a off the shoulder, blue dress, and her hair was up in a loose ponytail. She had her glasses on and was staring out the window. Honestly, it sounds like I am describing a tumblr photo.

She glanced at me and did a once over. Clearly, a disgusted look on her face.

Who peed in her cereal this morning?

"Hello Sierra." I said, with a small smile.

I would be nice, until my anger got the best of me. I usually handle things pretty well, until the other person doesn't cooperate. That is when I loose it. The nerve of some people...

She gave me a dirty look, but I brushed it off... for now.

I sat down, in front of her and looked directly in her eyes. They looked cold, dark, mean...

"So, you are probably wondering why I asked to meet you here." I told her.

She just sat there with the same expression, silent. That annoying silence.

Calm down, Carley. You just got here, don't loose it now.

"Well, I wanted to talk to you about what ever has been going on and to ask you some questions, if you are okay with that?" I informed and asked.

She kept sitting there. The exact same. She could be a flipping statue!

"Is that okay with you?" I asked, anger creeping up on me.

No movement. No sounds. Are you for real with me? Does she really have nothing to say to me?

A long silence was held. We sat there and stared at each other. As my anger grew from the silence, my eyes kept narrowing, until the were slits. My vision was turning red and i swear you could see smoke coming from my ears.

I had enough. I banged my hands on the table. Yet, she was completely unfazed, like she knew that this was going to happen. For a second, I thought I could see a smirked pop up on that evil face of hers.

"Lord! Sierra, speak! You are making this so freaking difficult. You are not the one who is suppose to be mad. I am! You have no right to be mad at me, when I did absolutely nothing to you! Why do you gave to be so flipping difficult!" I yelled.

That was when I saw her face change. She was fuming now. What the heck did I do?

"You did nothing? Are you kidding me? Are you dumb? You have ruined so much for me! I have every reason to be mad!" She yelled back.

"I did something? You are not serious! What did I ever do to you? Remember, you were the one who took Jake from me! You were the one who pretended to be my friend. You are the one who told everyone my secrets! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO RUINED MY LIFE!" I practically screamed the last part.

I small, older lady walked over to our tale, along with a guy that looked in his early twenties.

"Ladies, I'm sorry, but I am going to have to ask you to settle this outside this store. We have other people here who trying to enjoy their time here." She said in a fragile voice.

I looked over at her, fuming. As soon as I saw the worried and concerned look on her face, I almost broke. I didn't realize how loud I was.

I looked at my hands, feeling a stinging feeling. I was bleeding again. I didn't even realize I was bleeding.

I looked back up at the lady, who was now looking at my hands. I clasped my hands together, so you couldn't see it.

"I apologize ma'am. I didn't mean to disturb your lovely establishment. This won't ever happen again." I told her in a apologetic voice.

I looked at Sierra, "Let's go."

"Why would you think I would come with you?" She hissed.

"Why else did you meet me here today?" I asked.

She let out a angry puff of air.

"Again, I am sorry. This will never happen again." I told her and got up from my seat, expecting Sierra to follow me.

I left the store and waited for Sierra, outside the door. When she came out, she had a regretful look on her face. That's new.

She came out and stood in front of me in silence. I had my arms crossed and a raise eyebrow, waiting for her to speak. She was looking at her shoes, clearly nervous for some unknown reason.

So now you are a coward?

"I'm sorry." She said, looking up from her shoes.

Woah! Sierra was sorry? Carley is going all Betty from Riverdale. They both got kicked out of a Ice cream store! What do you think will happen next chapter? Btw, I have decided I was going to write five more chapters! I will take a break after that and then maybe will write the sequal. I promise, if I do, it will only be like 2 weeks to the max.
