Forgiveness~ Httyd Dagur x reader (Sequel to Betrothed~)

Chapter 19-Berserker Island, finally.

FINALLY UPDATING IT?! I THINK THE HELL YES!! And as an apology for making you wait so long, this chapter has extra Dagur flufffff!

You smiled brightly at the rising sun in the distance, comfortably sat on Taran and headed for Berserker Island with the others. 

It had been  around 2 months since you had taken out Ryker and the Shellfire project, and Viggo had thrown himself into the Volcano on the Edge after the Dragon Eye. You wondered if that was the reason the Volcano exploded. If it was just disgusted at the fact that someone like Viggo had dared to throw himself into its mouth. After that it was a few weeks of trying to prevent the Edge from being destroyed, Dagur coming to visit you often. The Usual. 

But now, you were on your way to his home! You chuckled to yourself lightly. "Whats so funny (y/n)?" Astrid asked you curiously, flying closer on Stormfly. "Nothing, its just weird to think that if Dagur had got me to marry him years ago I would've seen Berserker Island a lot sooner.." You smiled softly and laughed again. "Yeah, he was a nutcase..but I guess he kind of meant well with you? I mean you have to admit he's got dedication if he's pining after you for what? like over 10 years now?" You blushed insanely and nodded. "Yeah, its nice though, to know that someone thinks of you so highly-" "That the love manifests itself into insanity!!!" Tuffnut announced dramatically as Barf and Belch flew up to you suddenly. You stared at him for a few seconds along with Astrid -Who did not look amused- before laughing and putting your hand to your forehead. "Yeah that was...something..." 

Taran landed on a high up cliff leading to the island with the others. You dismounted and made your way up to the bridge with Hiccup and Astrid. "Welcome to Berserker Island, where dreams become a reality..names?" An incredibly bored guard asked. "uhm..Haddock Hiccup and Haddock (y/n).." "Hofferson, Astrid.." "Step this way.." You walked forwards and watched as Snotlout almost lost it over being written down as Snothat. You laughed at this before turning around to where a familiar voice was coming from. "Stand aside guard! They're on my personal guest list!" You smiled brightly again as Dagur landed on Sleuther, the Triple Stryke. "Yes Chief." You chuckled as Dagur crushed you with a hug and held onto your waist. "Was your journey here safe?" He asked you quickly. "Yeah, it was pretty peaceful!" You answered him, giving him a calming smile. He smiled back and you felt his hand rub your back. "Any problems here?" He asked, glancing at Snotlout. "uh my name wasn't on the list!" said viking retaliated. "oh no hun he was on the list!" You spoke after Dagur, who was making his way over to the guard. "It just said.." Dagur burst out laughing as Snotlout got more annoyed. "I'm so sorry about that! I'm usually dead on with names Snotpocket!" You tried to stop yourself from laughing at this but caught eyes with Astrid and Heateher and all three of you lost it. "Lets get going shall we? We have a few hours before the tour and I'm sure you'll all be wanting to see the island!" Dagur announced, kissing your cheek and walking over to Sleuther. You shook your head and walked over to Taran, jumping on him and setting off. 

You came across the main town area and spotted a familiar face. "Hun, is that Savage?" You asked Dagur as you flew a little away from him. "Yep! Got the band back together!" He chuckled before shouting at the ex-outcast. You didn't feel good about the way he responded..

After you arrived at the dragon stables, Dagur introduced you to his apprentice. Which turned out to be Gustav. "oh hey Gustav- wait..isn't this your..?" You asked Dagur, pointing at the helmet Gustav was wearing. "Yep! Doesn't it make him look so Berserk!" "Yeah..jeez that brings back memories.." You muttered, resting your cheek on your hand as Dagur wrapped his arm around your waist. "Good or bad?" He asked you cautiously. "Eh, a bit of both I guess.." You blushed and grinned at him. He grinned back and chuckled before Gustav walked up to you. "(y/n), babe, how've ya been? I see you like the helmet~" Gustav flirted before Dagur grabbed his arm and yanked him away from you. "Ok Guster, you know that there have been very little rules when you've been with me, but I feel the need to add one. Never. Flirt. With my (y/n)." He told Gustav, a little insanely, but calmed down afterwards. "S-sure think Dagur! Whatever you say- wait..you?" Gustav pointed at you, "And Dagur?" he pointed at Dagur who lifted an eyebrow, a small glint of jealousy flashing in his eyes again. "Together?" He asked you, looking at you with extremely wide eyes. You flushed and began snickering. "Yes..?" You laughed as he looked flabbergasted. "Yeah we've officially been together for months, how did you not notice before that though Gutav?" Dagur asked him. "Dagur this is Gustav. He doesn't notice a lot." Snotlout interjected.
