Johnny Bravo

From the start of the first season to his last, we have seen Johnny in the episodic adventures for the golden womb to conquer- all through Johnny’s eyes. Each day starts with Johnny (typically eating pancakes at his mother’s house) and ends with Johnny. The entire show is shown through Johnny Bravo’s perspective- and quite logically, a skewed perspective.

First we must notice Johnny’s inability to find any fallacy in himself. Within the first five minutes of each episode Johnny will have given himself about five complements. Whenever he looks in a mirror he tells himself he is pretty, whenever he is in a position to showcase his male form he flexes his muscles talking about how wondrous they are, whenever he sees a lonely female he immediately tells himself that she is in need of him rather than him in need of her. Johnny is psychologically unstable, and this instability has caused Johnny to receive images pertaining to himself in an entirely different manner from the truth. Johnny is like the office nerd who wears world of warcraft underwear and listens to the tapes that make you tell yourself you’re a winner, but without the tape. All Johnny needed were his own words of denial and rejection and his mind followed suit. If Johnny says he looks pretty, then you best fucking believe his mind will adorn him with the body and hair of Hercules.

It’s not just Johnny’s looks as well, every one of his other abilities are better than the masses: his moves, his pick-up lines, his karate, his intellect (despite being constantly tricked by Suzie- the little Butter scout in his neighborhood), and his worth. The second any of these come into question the Johnny quickly dismisses the notion and either creates a solution to the idea that he is not worth- it could be the other persons fault for not realizing it or maybe there were some dogs barking or whatever. The point is Johnny refuses to understand his faults, therefore, in conjuncture; his mind refuses to perceive these faults.

In addition to his constant reassurance of all things Johnny, let’s look at what Johnny eats and how he cares for himself. Many times we will see Johnny speed through a work out or miraculously achieve some weightlifting feat in seconds then go eat. This does not mean that Johnny is actually doing the workouts or receiving the benefits. Much like that creepy fat guy who often runs up and down your street never seems to lose weight, neither does Johnny. The man barley spends time working out, certainly doesn’t do it properly, the goes and eats about six waffles swimming in syrup. I call bullshit. It’s not just waffles we see the grotesque man eat, but entire foot long subs and milkshakes almost every day at the Diner. This man is neither healthy nor fit, at all

In addition to being psychology unstable and a fat ass, Johnny seems to have no job and live with his mother. So let’s review, Johnny is: crazy, obsessed with himself, I am guessing barrel belly fat, lives with his mother, and constantly both creeping on and hitting on beautiful women. Honestly there is not surprise as to why Johnny never gets touched by anyone other than Mrs. Buttersworth. Now remember, however real or farfetched this suggestion is, it is just that; simply a suggestion to a question.

A few reasons he didn't get a girl friend is because he was a self centered, selfish, son of a gun. He also did not exercise his legs. If you notice in a picture his legs are so tiny.
