Chapter 30 // Prom

Lovely's POV

inhale exhale, calm yourself Lovely.

I am currently staring at myself in the mirror for almost 5 minutes now, i'm so nervous, like titerally.

Mom's personal stylist really did a great job tonight, i barely recognize myself i look 10x beautiful than my usual, i actually don't know why Donny like me that much? Nah i'm just being paranoid as always.

Mom said Donny is already downstairs so, it's my decision if i want to show up or mah.

Just kidding i want to be with Donny, i took a deep breath and close my eyes.

Dis is it Lovely, it's now or never.

Maglakad ka lang ng diretso at dahan dahan para hindi ka matapilok.

Wag kang shunga nakakahiya naman kay Donny kung bigla ako matapilok diba?

Anyway ito na.

I opened my eyes and head downstairs, slowly, once i reach the bottom my eyes landed at Donny.

The moment our eyes met my heart skipped a beat and my stomach is interrupted with butterflies, scratch that its a freaking zoo.

Donny looks breathtaking as always, am i just the world's luckiest girl to have him, he is wearing black tux and a champagne colored tie matching my gown, in his hands he is holding a bouquet of flowers.

I stared at his face, his lips is parted slightly his eyes held amuse and adoreness.

"enough with that lovey dovey stares and lets take some pictures!" Caleb hissed and we all laughed.

Donny held my hand interlocking it, again.with.the.skipping.of.my.heart.staph.bes.

After that we head to the limo, yes limo. I feel like we're back in Hollywood, Donny opened the door for me, i hop inside with a huge smile on my face, as soon as we're inside Donny scooted closer to me.

"you look breathtaking as always Love, and you literally took my breath away the moment you step down on your staircase.

I felt my cheeks blush, i giggled and slap him.

"DONNYYYYYYY, staaaphhhh saying things like that you're making me kilig" i said and he laughed.

"thats my job, my job to make you kilig always" Donny said and we laughed.

"you're so handsome Donny" i said and kissed his cheek, Donny is beautiful in and out maybe thats why i'm head over heels for him.

"i'm so lucky to have you Love, a lot of people told me that but yours is special, it boost my inner cockiness" Donny joked, i slap his shoulder playfully and we laugh again.

"Lovely you look amazing!" Hannah said and hugged me, i smiled at her she is wearing a royal blue gown, she looks so pretty.

"Thank you Hannah, you look amazing as well" i said and she smiled, she neared her nose to my neck and she look at me.

"you smell so nice to" Hannah said, i chuckled at her, i grabbed my purse and held out my perfume its the newest Victoria Secret perfume, i sprayed at her and Hannah look surprise.

"smell gorgeous with me" i said and winked at her, she laugh and so as Donny.

I look around, the venue is really elegant.

I saw Valery she is wearing something, you know.... Her dress is red and too revealing, a lot of guys are staring at her, probably staring at her boobs, i just rolled my eyes.

I look at Hannah and she is dancing with Jack, yes Jack Reid. Hannah kept denying that they're dating but it is already obvious.

Donny stood up and held his hand out, he has a huge grin on his face, i chuckled at him.

"may i have this dance?" Donny said in a british tone, i rolled my eyes at him.

"yes you may" i said copying his tone, he chuckled and lead me to the middle of the dance floor.

I lock my hands over his neck and he put his hands to my waist, his thumb rubbed against my skin, i shivered at his touch, we're currently having a staring contest.

I put my hand over his cheek while i admire his features, i am truly a lucky girl, a lot of girls are more beautiful and better than me, yet he choose me.

I am truly grateful.
