"I think I need a break from this..."
Taking my eyes off the computer screen, I got up and walked toward the kitchen. I thought that maybe some Ph D Pepper will help me feel energized again so I took a can out of the fridge and took a long gulp. The sweetness was definitely waking me up more.
"I wonder what Legacy is doing.." I started wondering about that girl Legacy. She's been on my mind for a while now and I was still not sure what happened. I'm really worried that she was the same girl I chatted with before. Did I make a mistake while I was hacking the app?
"All I wanted was to chat with her a little. I never wanted her to end up here inside the game. God... Maybe I really did screw things up in the coding." I kept wondering and wondering. I felt really anxious so I had to go back to my computer to check and see for myself. "Huh. That's weird..."
I was looking around for anything suspicious and I noticed that parts of the code were modified, causing some parts of the data to be corrupted. "I don't remember putting any of this here..." I began muttering to myself again. "Did someone implant a virus? But that's impossible..."
I thought long and hard about who it might be, but since I was the only one aware of what was really going on, I couldn't think of anyone else who might have done it. I was the only one who knew about the reality of the game.
"The game..?" As soon as the thought crossed my mind, I hurriedly logged in to the messenger and read the previous chats. "Casually Story..... Deep Story..... These chats aren't from any of them!! Shit.. How did I not even notice this sooner!?"
All this time I thought that I was the only one aware of what was going on... But now it looks like everyone else is the same way. Jumin, Jaehee, Zen, and Yoosung... Every single one of them weren't following their programming. I don't think they even realize it themselves yet, but once they do, things are going to be really chaotic in the messenger.
I went in the current chatroom to see how things were. Hopefully, it isn't that bad.
