The night was young and no one was to be seen. The wind blew through the forest but did nothing. It's like time was frozen. The mansion was silent, almost abandoned. Well, it was abandoned if you get what I mean. Leaves flew around the forest, creating the occasional leave pile. The forest was silent, except for the young girl sat outside the mansion, sobbing into the piece of white cloth covered in dark red blood and now tears. Rochelle was playing outside when she just started to cry. She felt nothing... But just began to cry. No one was near her, so no one heard her sobs. Deep inside, Rochelle felt sad, lonely and unwanted. The other creatures in the mansion obviously didn't love her like her father did.. She didn't belong there, did she? No, exactly. This is her life, and it'll always be her life. She never knew how she was taken in by Slender Man, she just thought he made her with the fake Mummy. Rochelle never knew her real parents. Maybe this is why she was crying? Nope.. She was just lonely like I told you. No one was her age in the mansion, well, Jeff was probably the closest, being 13. She had no siblings she could play with, no friends she could play with either.. Just the many unusual creatures living in the mansion.
After a little while, she got unbelievably bored. Like every child, she wanted to explore. And that's exactly what she did. She stood up, wiping the tears from her bright pink cheeks and grabbed the piece of cloth before wondering off in the direction of a huge massive coal mine. As she arrived at the mine, she peaked inside. It was all dark, nothing much to see except some writing scribbled on the wall in white chalk. She smiled to herself before sitting down by the side of a huge crate and cuddling the piece of cloth again. For once, she was alone and in peace.
Back at the mansion, it was total havoc. You see, Slender Man had sent Jeff out to see if Rochelle was okay, and when Jeff came back he said she wasn't there of course. Slender Man went ballistic. He had never been so angry in his life. He'd told Rochelle many times not to go off exploring, but she ignored him. She rebelled. Good for her, rebelling against her parent.
"What do you mean she's not there!" Slender Man shouted towards Jeff.
"She was gone, okay! She was no where to be seen!" Jeff replied, also shouting.
"Go with Kate and find her, now!" Slender Man said, trying to act calmly as he pushed Kate towards Jeff. Jeff sighed and walked out the door followed by Kate. They both walked through the now pitch black forest, spooky noises could be heard from miles away but that didn't scare them. They began by looking by the row of burnt down cars on the far side of the forest. She wasn't there. Next, they went to look at the random bathroom block in the forest. You know the one I mean... Slender Man can be found in there quite a lot. She wasn't there either. Jeff began to get worried over the poor little thing. Then, they went to the mine. After looking around in there for a while, they heard someone scream; a little girl. Both Kate and Jeff ran as fast as they could in the direction of the screaming. There, they found Rochelle, covered in dirt, blood running down her cheeks, her red eye now just a dark black and cuts all over the visible parts of her body.
"Daddy?" Rochelle asked, looking in the direction of Jeff and Kate.
"No, it's Jeff.. and Kate." Jeff replied, walking over to the shaking Rochelle and picking her up gently. She slowly cried into Jeff's shoulder, making Jeff want to frown, but instead his smile just went wobbly. He felt sorry for poor Rochelle, and so did Kate. What would Slender Man think...?
