LIAM: It was pouring rain, coldness causing your breath to be seen by Liam as you shivered under the pressure of the drops. You couldn’t remember what caused you to be out here, but he was in the same position. Except he wasn’t shivering, he was in too much anger to be cold, his eyes never leaving you. “Just tell me (Y/N). Say yes...that’s all you have to say.” You looked down and hugged yourself to get some warmth. Now you remembered. He had asked you if you would be okay without him, that you wouldn’t harm yourself in any way if he left. He wanted to hear those words because if something did happen, he’d blame himself, and he didn’t know what he’d do then. But as you looked at your feet, there was apart of you that wanted him to feel guilty, make him feel bad for leaving you.....but you knew you had to let go of him, it was just hard. Looking back at him, you nodded your head, but that’s not what he wanted. “Say it.” “Yes..” His face relaxes but you don’t wait for any other words, you just walk back into your house and slid down the door, hoping what you said would be true.

NIALL: “It’s fun, isn’t it?” He shouted those words to you as you spun around in circles with him outside on this dreary day. You knew you should be inside studying, but something about the rain lured you out. “Hm, I love it.” He stood there with you and just watched you take everything. He realized you didn’t care that your hair was getting wet, you didn’t care your make up was ruined, all that matter was you were having fun. “See, you should listen to me more often.” He smiled and wrapped his arms around you. Then, pulling you around with him, he began to dance. Well, fake dance if that’s what you could call it, but it was fun seeing him try to be romantic. “Yes Niall.” You said it in a sarcastic voice but he still laughed.

HARRY: “Do you not know what rain does to my hair? Poof! C’mon (Y/N).” You were sitting on the couch trying so hard to hold in your laughter as Harry said those words. His eyes were concentrated on the tv but his voice was serious when he said that. That was something you thought you would say, but I guess not, you were just trying to get him to go somewhere. But the laughter couldn’t be held in anymore, it came out and his head whipped around to you, his eyes searching your face as to why you were laughing so hard. “What?” “You sound like a girl Harry. ‘Oh, my hair’s gonna get messed up.’ Boo-hoo. Be a man.” You were playing with him, but he took it as a challenge. “Fine, I’ll show you I can be a man.” He stomped to the sliding door and threw it open. Seeing if he’d really do it, you sat back and watched. He looked at you to see if you were going to stop him, and when you didn’t, he squared his shoulders and went out onto the porch.

ZAYN: It had finally come to your favorite part of The Notebook, the raining scene where she finally kisses him, and looking out the window now, the rain made you daydream about that happening with Zayn. He looked over to you and waved his hand in your face. “Babe? It’s your part, don’t you wanna watch?” Looking at him, you smiled. “I was just picturing you and I doing that.” His lips smirked and he got a cocky look. “Did you now? Hmmm. Well let’s go outside and see.” Before you could answer, he was pulling your hand towards the door and running outside. You had no choice but to follow. Once the rain hit, it was freezing cold. You let go of Zayn’s hand and wrapped your arms around your torso to get some warmth. Zayn was laughing. “What? You thought it’d be like the move and we would be okay?” You just nodded your head and he laughed. “No babe, of course it wouldn’t be, let’s go back inside.” He grabbed a towel for you and sat you down. He started laughing but once you glared at him, he shut up.

LOU: It was something about the rain that brought the inner child out in Lou. You stood at your window and watched as he played outside in the rain with your little siblings. He had a smile on his face the whole time, never missing a beat when the little girl threw him the ball, he loved doing this. Anytime the rain came out, he’d pull them outside with him. And even though they all got sick each time, he always said it was worth it. He said he never got the chance to play outside as a kid, so anytime to be outside was the best time. He looked up at you in window and stuck his tongue out. You couldn’t help but laugh silently and mouth ‘I love you’ to him. He stopped what he was doing and said it back. Thank God for Louis Tomlinson.
