Chapter 40 - Rescue Plan

Ellie POV

I let out a piercing scream using the cell bar to keep me up as another contraction hit.

I was bleeding.

Ramond tried pulling the bars apart, but it was no use.

"Ray... Ray! Isn't it meant to be like clear water? AND NOT BLOOD?"

"DO I LOOK LIKE A DOCTOR TO YOU?!"

"DO I LOOK IN LABOUR TO YOU?"

"Guys, guys. Shh, this isn't a couple of dispute session, just let me think about who to murder first. Isn't that difficult to do?" Lorenzo rolled his eyes, taking a seat.

I collapsed on my knees.

"No, no, no, no baby, get up, please. Lorenzo for god sake take her to a hospital and kill me you little bitch!"

"Is that so Alpha?"

"Please Lorenzo"

"Nah" he sat down watching me.

I fell on my back screaming as I cried.

"THEN LET ME HELP HER, YOU WANTED HER HUH? WELL YOU CAN HAVE HER, Just let me deliver my babies. They don't deserve to die..."

He had a hard thought on that.

"Try anything and I'll kill your mate and pups, then you can live a miserable life without them."

Ramond jaw clenched at that. "Got it" instead of going to him he opened my cell door and pulled me up dragging me as I winced in pain.

He unlocked Ramond cell and shoved me in closing the door afterwards locking it.

"Ellie?"

"I don't need to push, not yet."

Elliot POV

"He's smart. We can't straight up barge in there. He will kill one instantly!"

"Isn't there a way to sneak in?" Riley said, making us all look at him with the Are you serious? look.

"It's a dungeon for a reason, Riley."

"There's only one entrance. We've secured it good so no rogues escape from it," Clint said.

"We need to think, Ellie is due TODAY! She can't stay another day in that condition, let alone around someone who wants to kill them." 

"Clint, try and contact Ramond."

Ramond POV

"Shh, you'll be alright," I reassured as she was whimpering in pain.

I held her closely, closing my eyes.

'Ramond?'

'Clint!'

'Thank god-'

'Hurry up before I get caught!'

'Is there any way we can take Lorenzo down? Does he have this pattern movement, time schedule-'

'He uses the toilets in the cell, if I mind link you to get Elliot or Vincent to slam it shut on him, that may work'

'Good idea-'

'I got to go' I blocked him out.

"Just hang on, ok?" She slowly nodded. I kissed her sweaty forehead. I pulled away, looking down to the bottom half of her, Her white jeggings were coated in blood. Her lips were quivering as I squeezed her hand. I looked back down to her to see her still staring at me.

"You will be fine. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you."

"I trust you, I trust you..." she whispered out weakly.

"Aww, ain't that sweet?" I glared up to Lorenzo, who was smirking.

"I got to give it to you, you're very calm, aren't ya? Thought wolves tend to lose their temper and shift, " he sighed.

"And I thought a family stuck by each other side, guess not," I shot back.

"Your grandfather killed my Dad, You and your mate deserve it, but at least I get one thing from it."

"What?"

"The little girl, although she's not a hybrid, although there is a chance she could be, she still has the Alpha blood and possibly the vampire blood meaning she's a very strong baby isn't she?"

"You said you wanted Ellie, not my daughter,"

"Sadly, Ellie gonna be dead before the babies are here. She hasn't got the treatment, and I don't think she's looking very well either," he taunted.

My jaw clenched, trying to stay calm. Although he was right, if Ellie didn't get the treatment, her and possibly my babies could die.
