Chapter 6: my father the demon king

Y/N point of view

The breeze was quickly flowing through my hair as ban continued running. As I was still being carried on his shoulder, I thought back to what Meliodas said. 'Don't worry about me, your my priority right now.' Why was he so kind, sweet, and so protective? "Because that's how he is, thats the captain for you. He's always protective towards the people he cares about. He's been more like that every since Liz passed on" I was shocked at what I heard."wha...wha... What? Wait, how did u know what I was thinking?" Ban loudly chuckled at my response." Well I'm guessing you didn't know you speak aloud when u think..." He continued laughing. "I DO!?!?!??! oh my god......" I said as I dug my head into his back blushing from embarrassment. Then it clicked to me from what he said." Wait.... Ban is it?" He lightly nodded his head. "Ban, sin of greed, nice to meet you....." "Y/n"
He nodded again in response. "So ban, who's this liz girl!?" But signed at what I said. He soon stopped running and put me down. I look at my surroundings and found that we weren't in the forest anymore, we were in a fields. With a couple of hills.'wow...' Was all I could say but then ban started speaking."Liz was a beautiful girl that Meliodas loved deeply. He took care of her, he cherished her, he protected her, and most of all, he loved her. He still dose but he is also still heartbroken from what happened to her. Liz was wounded during a battle they had, she didn't make it." Aw, how sad. I felt horrible. No wonder why he acts the way he do. Wow.... From everything he has been through he still keeps a smile on his face 24 seven. Haha wow. Reminds of how I am. I'm damaged In side but I try not to show weakness. All of my train of though was immediately interrupted by the 'whoosh' sound I heard earlier. The sound was coming from behind us. Ban and I quickly turn our attention behind us and seen a killer wave of black magic coming towards me. I couldn't move, I was took scared. But before I could notice what was happening, ban pushed me out of the way screaming 'move kid!' I then found myself pushed to the ground. I banged my head on the dirt but I quickly turned my focus on ban, who was shot by the black magic, into a mountain, that was a good mile away from were I am.'ooooooowww.... That gotta hurt!'  I said in a loud whisper  as I made a face expression that match what I was saying. "Hahahahaha, did u really think your little pretty self could get me away from u?" Oh no! I was stiff, I couldn't move an inch, I couldn't even get up! I was terrified. I turned my head slowly to find the demon guard squatted down to reach the same level as I was so he seen me face to face. His face was inches away from mine.'no.....' I whispered to myself as tears started streaming down my face. He slowly stood up again and look straight into my eyes." Time to go back home.......princess" he said as he took me by pulling my hair roughly forcing my to stand up." Ah!!!!!!!" I screamed as I was hold the grip of my hair that was being pulled. "Please I don't wanna go back........ Please release me and send me free! I don't wanna go back!" I cried loudly as I tried to get through the guys head.
It didn't work....
All he did was laugh loudly. "Hahahaha..... Sorry your Majesty.......King's orders" he said proudly with a smirk. He then picked me up and started carrying the way towards the prison. "NO!!!!!! No no no! Let me down! Please! I don't wanna die! Let me go!" I began kicking and hitting the demon until I smacked him really hard across the face which caused him to drop me. I fell onto the ground and quickly stood up seeing as I made him really angry. "You son of a-!" he said as he clenching his fist and was aiming for my face. I couldn't react. I knew if I moved a muscle, it would only make the punch worst. I shut my eyes closed and prepared for pain.

But........I didn't feel anything.

I soon opened my eyes to find a blonde boy in front of me, saving me from the punch. A smile appeared on my face and more tears showed. But these were happy tears. "Meliodas!"

Meliodas point of view

"Meliodas!" I heard y/n say from behind me. But I still had my attention on the demon man who tried punching y/n. "Now you just made me mad!" I said loudly as I squeezed his wrist tighter, and pulled it so his body got close to me. I put my free hand on the side of his neck to balance his head. I crashed my forehead into the demon guard's forehead. As I quickly pulled his head down to my elbow, I kneed him really and I mean really hard in the stomach which caused a lot of blood to come out of his mouth and caused him to fly into the air. As soon as he was shot into the air. I jump extremely high to get to the same level as him. I then clenched both of my fists and collided them together and smashed them both onto his back which caused him to immediately hit the ground. Which caused the dust from the dirt to flitter everywhere.
As I was FINALY on land were y/n was, the dust quickly cleared up. I then looked behind me to see ban walking towards us rotating his shoulder as if he was trying to crack it. "Got you ass kicked that quickly?" I said as I smirk at him. " hell yeah!!!" He responded back to me, that caused me to chuckle.
The demon guard started standing up again, but was doing it more slowly this time. This caused y/n to squeak loudly and rush, hiding behind me. This made me laugh even more, from her reaction, but my laughter immediately faded away as I focused my attention on the demon guard as my smile started to fade away as well. "Now you better explain yourself! I don't want no word play! And don't wanna hear any jokes or crap about you not wanting to share your business! Now tell me! Who sent you to Capture this girl!" The demon guard was about to speak but I heard y/n mumble something behind me. I turned to her, "what did you say?" She locked her eyes with mine for a sec then looked down in shame. Then she soon spoke." The person who sent the demon guard after me was........ My father....... My father...... the demon king."
