justin?
what's up?
um where are you?
in my dressing room why?
can you come outside for a second?
yeah sure one second

I lock my phone and take a deep breath, I don't know why but all of a sudden I got really nervous about tonight. I don't know what happened honestly. One minute I was excited and the next I was having a mini panic attack. I lean against the back of the building while I wait for Justin to come out. In the distance I can see a few of Justin's fans, I hope they don't come over to the fence.

"Emma?" I hear and look over seeing Justin walking over to me I smile and wait for him to fully walk up to me and bite my lip.

"Hey, what's wrong?" He asks, standing so he's facing me and puts his hands in his pockets.

"I-I'm scared Justin. I'm actually scared to do this. I-I don't know what happened. The whole way here I was talking about how excited I am for this opportunity but then I get here and....i-i don't know." I say quickly.

"Why are you scared? You of all people shouldn't be scared to go out there tonight. You're an amazing dancer, and I'm not just saying that to make you feel better. You are actually an amazing dancer, everyone's going to love you. I was looking at Twitter just a little while ago and people were excited that we were welcoming a new dancer-"

"But you see that just puts so much pressure on me not to mess up, everyone's gonna be watching me..well, obviously they're gonna be watching you but you know what I mean. They all want to see me because I'm the new one and that puts so much pressure on me to be perfect and not miss one step. I feel like if I mess up one little bit ill wake up the next morning and see my screw up all over the Internet."

"And if that were to happen you just laugh with them, you have to laugh at yourself. That happens to me all the time, I'll fall on stage or something and see it all over Twitter, I just make a joke out of it and laugh along with everyone, that's all you have to do."

I nod at his words. "How do you get rid of your nervousness before a show?"

"Just think about how amazing it will be out there, setting the nerves aside is all you can really do. We've all worked so hard for this and it's finally here."

"Yeah, you're right. I just have to hype myself up not set myself down. Alright." I smile and nod again.

"There you go" He smiles at me. "So you ready to do this thing or what?"

"Yeah, now I'm ready for this" I squeal lightly as Justin hugs me tightly and lifts me off the ground a little.

"You're gonna do great I know it" he says after he puts me down and we both start walking back into the arena.

"You're gonna do great" I say looking at the side of his face as we walk.

"Emma" I hear once we go back in.

I look up and see Jordan in front of us and I smile. "Hey Jordan! What's up?"

"All of us dancers are doing a little pre show huddle if you want to join us."

"Oh yeah definitely." I say and look back at Justin "I'll see you out there ok?" I say and walk away towards the other dancers with Jordan.

Once we reach the other dancers we all huddle up, I put my arm around the dancer to my left and put my other arm around Jordan who is next to me. I see Nick in the huddle across from me.

"Alright, we worked hard for this, we all did. The long days and nights that we all had together have led up to this moment. This is gonna be a special one, since we are welcoming a new member to the team." Nick smiles as some people cheer lightly with 'woo' and 'yeah' "I have no doubts in my mind about this tour. This is going to be an amazing few months. I just want to say I'm grateful for every single one of you for all of the hard work and dedication you all have put in. Now, let's go out there and have a great start to this tour. Who's with me?" Nick finishes as everyone starts cheering loudly. We break apart and everyone starts clapping and cheering. I laugh as I clap along with everyone. Jordan turns to me and puts his hands on my shoulders, jokingly shaking me lightly.

"Are you ready for this?" He says as he shakes my shoulders.

I laugh and nod "Yes I am ready! Are you ready?"

"You don't even know how ready I am" he says after he lets go of me.

Once we were told we all wait near the entrance of the stage and wait for our cue to go on.

Here we go.

Once we are on stage we stand in our starting positions, the screaming of the crowd is insane, probably the loudest I've ever heard. And it just gets louder once Justin comes onto the stage.

"Are you guys ready?" Justin says loudly into the mic as the screams get even louder. I smile as the lights come up so we are on show too. The music starts and we all go through the choreography of the song.

Justin walked by me as he was singing the song and put his hand on my back as he was walking by, I blushed slightly, good thing no one in the crowd could see it. I hoped. 

Once me and Justin's solo part came on Justin pretty much through his mic down and went over to me and smiled, I smiled back at him. He stood behind me and put his hands on my hips, like he was told to but pulled me back into him so my back was touching his chest. He seemed to be getting lost in the moment as he looked down at me and what I was doing. I low key slapped his arm to make him snap back into reality as he let go of me, get his microphone and continue what he was doing before as I went back to where I was supposed to be.

Once the show was over we all got off the stage clapping and cheering.

"You did it!" I hear and look seeing Jordan walking over to me.

"I know!" I smile wide as he pulls me into a tight hug and rocks back and forth.

"I can't believe that just happened" I tell him once he pulls away and he laughs a little.

"Well, it happened." 

I walk away from the group and to the row of water bottles they had set out on a table and grabbed one, almost drinks the whole thing in one shot.

"Great show out there." I hear and look up seeing Justin.

I smile wide and put the bottle down and hug him tightly too. "You did amazing!"

"You did amazing, the crowd loved you, just like I told you they would."

"I honestly can't thank you enough for this opportunity, the rush of adrenaline I have right now is amazing" I laugh once we pull away.

"Like I said before, don't thank me, it was your dancing that got me on the team" He smiles at me and grabs a bottle for himself. "Here's to an amazing tour" He says and we touch our water bottles together, me laughing after words as he takes a sip of his.
