Reyna Foster took her day off to go shopping and though it may be difficult to see through the dark color of her shirt, baby Theo has finally decided to make an appearance. It was inevitable, but might we say that she still looks extremely fashionable. What happened to being bloated and looking miserable? We're not sure what her secret is, but I'm sure a few people would like to know!
