What a day...

I'm exhausted...

Now, I'm walking near the seashore. Feeling the breeze.

My phone suddenly vibrated.

I looked at my phone to see a call coming from the principal.

What should I say?

I answered the call.

"Yeoboseyo?"

[Ah..my niece. So? How's your mission?]

Sh*t

"S..still on progress. I haven't started yet."

[Oh? And why is that?]

"I'm lazy!"

[I knew you would say that. Okay. Tomorrow your next destination is Gimnyoung Maze Park.]

Eh? A Maze Park?

"We're not kids you know."

[I know. You have a mission there. There's thirty-five of you. You will be divided into seven groups. Each group will have five members. And the mission will be announced there. Bye!]

"He-"

He hanged the call. I dropped my hands and rolled my eyes.

What's the mission anyway?

Suddenly my eyes were covered. I touched the hands that are covering my eyes.

"Guess"

The voice belongs to a guy. And it's not that deep.

"Suho"

My eyes escaped the darkness. I turned around to see Suho.

"How did you know?"

"Wild guess" I turned my back and walk away. "Hey!"  I didn't look back but Suho reached to me.

"Where are you going?"

"Strolling. Anyway, what do you want?"

"I...I just want to thank you for comforting me."

So he remembered?

"You don't need to thank me."

"No. I really need to. You're the first girl who comforted me that way besides my mother. My mother who passed away."

"Wh..what happened to her?"

"She died because of cancer. I was too late. The day that I was having my debut with Exo, my mother nagged at me. She asked me a favor if I could stay for awhile. I declined her offer and left. She was the only one left at the house. After I was declared as a member and the leader of exo, I was so happy. After the declaration, I bought my mom's favorite hairpin. I went home that day happily. Until I received a call from my father."

He stopped talking and sighed.

"He said that my mother was at the hospital. After that I rushed to the hospital clutching the box of the hairpin in my hand. I reached the hospital. I saw my father and my younger sister sitting."

He breathed out. "I rushed to them as my sister stand and slapped me. I was stunned. Ever in my life, no one slapped me. She said these words with tearful eyes....Why? Why did you leave our mom?! She asked you FOR A WHILE! Until I get home! Or father! But you chose popularity than our family! You ungrateful brother!"

I can see tears in his eyes. "After she said those words, she ran away. My father stood in front of me. The looks on his face is filled with anger and sorrow. He said the words that I didn't expected to hear....I give you my permission to use the same name but.....you're no  longer a member of these family. You may go. You may leave. You may attend the burial but not the funeral. After that, never show your face again. Now leave."

I'm so surprised...

"With my father's words...I left. I packed all my things out of our house and moved to exo's manor. I moved all my things and never attended her funeral. But. The day of her burial...I secretly attended... At the church, I was hiding while tears are falling from my eyes. At the cemetery, I was crying while hiding...I.."

Now, suho's tears started falling from his eyes. I stopped walking and gently wiped his tears.

"I know how you feel..but don't let anger and sorrow take over you. Like I did." I mumbled my last words as I finished wiping his tears.

"Liliane" Suho pulled me by my waist and wrapped his arms around me.

"You're the first girl..who..who gave another chance for me to change my life. Thank you...  Liliane"

"No Suho. I thank you."

I thank you for sharing your story that took my heart and slowly melting this stoned heart of mine.

Then I quickly took the opportunity to escape his arms.

"Liliane!"

I ignored him as I continue to run away.

If I stay, I don't know what I will say.

*Bump*

I landed on the ground with a strong impact. I touched my head and looked up to see...

"What are you doing?"

Oh. It's Lay...

"N..nothing" I stand up and dusted off my clothes. I was about to leave when...

"Stay"

I turned around to see Lay standing while his hands are on his pockets facing the sea.

"You want..me to....stay?"

"Are you deaf? You heard me"

After hearing that, I didn't move on my current position.

"How's your hand?"

"It's...completely healed." I can't look at him. My eyes are wandering.

"Do you know what life does my master have in America?" I looked at him confused.

"Her body and mind might not be happy. But her heart is changing. She's happy in America. I thank you for sending her there. Now. She found the way to smile again. My number one priority as a cyborg is my master's happiness. Nothing more, nothing less...if she's in love with somebody else. I can't oppose to that"

He stopped and looked at me.

"Then how about you? Are you that dense? You don't know your own feelings. That's your weakness...."

He sighed. "I overheard your conversation with Suho. And I accidentally read your mind...are you sure that you're changing? If you are, go back to America. And stop pretending. Stop pretending to be someone who is not you. Stop playing around with your feelings. Because in the end, you're the only one who's going to get hurt. Not me. I'm a cyborg. I'm emotionless."

Then he turned away. "Life is short. Make the best out of it. Time is running. Spend your time wisely."

With that he left. I quickly turned and run towards the girls.

"Something wrong Liliane?"

Julienne asked. I shook my head.

There is something wrong. And it's me.

It's my heart....
