Part 1:
No matter what happened you had to save Lydia.
If you didn't get her out, she would die. And you couldn't lose another best friend.
You slid the key card through the slot as the door opened. You ran in, stopping at Lydia's side.
"What are you doing here?" she asks, sitting up to face you. "You shouldn't be here."
"Why?" You asked her, pushing her hair from her face.
"You have to leave, you have to go," she panics. "You have to leave."
"Why Lydia?" You ask.
"You have to go or you will die." She says.
"No, no, c'mon, let's go." You picked her up and started helping her out.
Suddenly, she fell to the ground and held her ears. "I don't think I can hold it anymore."
"Lydia, no c'mon we have to go before you scream." You started picking her up from the ground.
"I can't, y/n, go, run!" She yells.
You start running down the dirty hallway, but you couldn't get away fast enough.
She screamed. Lydia screamed.
Stiles POV
After convincing my dad not to come, I jumped in my jeep and started driving to Eichen House.
They were getting Lydia out and I was running late.
I pulled in and stopped, I started running to the tunnels, quickly finding an entrance.
I got halfway through the tunnels when I saw her.
Y/n.
"Y/n?" I almost whispered.
I felt my heart break as I leaned down beside her.
She was dead.
I looked up and saw Scott.
Malia.
Parrish.
Kira.
Theo.
They were all dead.
I stepped over their bodies until I reached the end of the hallway. Tears were cascading down my cheeks as my back hit the wall.
Then there was Lydia.
She was dead. Gone.
I got up and started running.
I ran until I reached my jeep.
I drove until I reached the station, where I ran into my dad's arms, hugging the only person I had left.
"They're gone," I sobbed in his shoulder. "They're all dead."
Part 2:
Stiles POV
I screamed myself awake, gripping the sheets tightly.
I looked around, seeing the contents of my room around me. Not in the police station with my father. Not crying into his shoulder because everyone is dead. Not stepping over all my friend's bodies.
In the comfort of my room, of my bed.
Seconds later, the door opened and my father was by my side in a matter to seconds.
"Stiles?" he asks, rubbing his eyes. "What's going on?"
"It's nothing, Dad. I just- I had a nightmare."
"You wanna talk about it?"
"Not right now, Dad. Sorry for waking you." I said, laying back down in the sheets.
Y/n's POV
"Yeah, I'll be over in a sec." You said groggily into the phone.
Stiles having a nightmare?
He hasn't had a nightmare since his mom died. You pulled a plaid shirt over your t-shirt and sweatpants and slipped on a pair of converse before grabbing your keys.
You drove tiredly to Stiles' house, swiftly climbing the stairs and into his room.
He was turning over in his bed, sighing.
You kicked off your shoes and got into the bed, scaring him.
"Y/n?" he asked, shocked. "What are you doing here?"
"Your dad told me you had a nightmare." You said, laying beside him underneath the covers.
"Oh." He said, smiling at you softly.
"Wanna tell me what happened?"
He sighed before telling you what happened. "It was when we got Lydia out of Eichen, except Parrish wasn't there. And Lydia, she screamed."
You put your hand on his, rubbing is reassuringly.
He continues.
"She killed everyone," he says, his voice shaking. "I got there to late and everyone was laying there, they were all dead. You, Scott, Lydia, Kira, and I remember stepping over all your bodies, and I had no one left."
"You still got me," you said, putting your hand on his face. "I'm here and I'm not going anywhere."
He smiled as you leaned down and kissed his lips softly.
He kissed back, putting a hand on your face.
"I love you."
