While they were in the vortex, "I hope Superbook will take us home to know what's happening." Joy said, "Wait...we could try asking him." Chris said, "Superbook, do you mind taking us back home, in the present." Chris asked, then Superbook doesn't answer but instead he accepts their request, and drops them down, "Okay good, everything seems okay. Let's go to our school and check there." Chris said, and they ran quickly to Valleyview Middle School.

Later, they made it and came inside, and Jay came to them, "Hey Chris! Have you heard about Superbook?" Jay asked, and when Chris Joy and Gizmo heard that Jay knew about Superbook, they were surprised, and just pretended that they don't know Superbook, "Uhh...no..." Chris answered, "Well you should have. They saw he's a cool time machine and he can take you to different times, and even in the past, but I don't know if he can for the future. Do you know?" Jay asked, "Uhmm...what are you talking about? We...uh, don't know anything about that...thing." Chris said, "Okay, well actually, we all heard about Superbook from your dad in his invention presentation. Anyway, see ya' later." Jay said and he went back to class, "You've got to be kidding me! My dad told them? I knew we shouldn't have let him know in the first place." Chris said, "Don't worry Chris. We'll figure this out together. We can just go ask your dad about it, and leave everything be. I mean why do we have to keep Superbook a secret? We've got way too much secrets." Joy said, and Chris just thought for a few seconds and agreed with Joy's plan, "What if anyone else knows about Superbook? I really couldn't relax knowing that everyone is starting to know about Superbook." Chris admitted, "Chris, don't worry. Come on, let's go." Joy said, and they ran back home, "I guess we're skipping class, hehe." Gizmo said to himself, and followed Chris and Joy.
