Chapter 28: Christmas day

Living room

"Jingle bells, jingle bells lalalalala" sang Zing

"Looks like Zing is in the Christmas spirit" said Musa.

Flora had finished decorating the Christmas tree.

"Now this tree is ready for presents" said Flora happily.

"Um if i may ask, doesn't it seems like something is missing?" asked Bloom.

The girls looked around the room.

"I don't know, what is missing?" asked Tecna.

"Well usually on a Christmas winter like this, it would be fitting to have a fireplace right?" asked bloom.

"Oh that's right, it would only be proper now wouldn't it? Constructiga" said Stella.

Soon the wall started to change shape and it created a old fashion brick layered fireplace.

"Nice job Stella" said Musa.

"Its perfect" said Bloom.

Outside

James was on top of the snow covered roof setting up the lights.

"That ought to do the trick" said James.

He turns as he hears a noise behind him, he then saw a chimney appear out of nowhere.

"What the......a chimney huh, the girls must be redecorating" said James as he walked towards it. Sticking his head into it he was able to hear the girl's voice.

"Nice job Stella"

"It's perfect"

"Hehe, they must be expecting Mr Santa" thought James.

Just outside the front door, Aisha walked by and saw James sticking his head into a chimney.

"Whoa James, what are you doing!!?" asked Aisha.

The sudden shout startled James which caused him to fall headfirst into the chimney.

Living room

"Do you hear something?" asked Flora.

Bloom and the girls gathered around the fireplace and heard a familiar scream. Soon something, or rather someone crashed into the fireplace, kicking up a bit of soot.

"James!?" said the girls.

"Ehehe.....um......ho ho ho" said James awkwardly.

"James, are you alright?" asked Flora as she and Bloom helped him up.

"Yeah thanks, my fault. I just peered into this chimney that just appeared and fell through" said James.

"Sorry about that, I wanted to add the chimney to suit the occasion" said bloom.

"You know for a moment, i thought that Santa came early to town this year" said Tecna.

"Or perhaps he's our secret Santa" said Stella.

"Yeah..............secret Santa" thought James.

"James are you alright?" asked Aisha as she entered the room.

"Yeah yeah don't worry I'm fine, see" said James.

"Well we better finish the decorations" said Bloom.

Soon James crashed onto a couch after setting up the decorations outside plus falling down a chimney. The winx and pixies continued with the room decorations and the tree. Shopping for gifts was hectic, James and the winx were able to find gifts for each other but James was unsure of his gifts. Earlier, he had a strange encounter.
