Eric Surt X Reader

A/N: Im running out of Ideas :'(  And~ Im getting lazy ever since K project ended! Luckily Im motivated by the novel <3

You stare at the crouching blond man at the sofa. He was looking rejected

"You asked Mikoto-San to be your owner again, didnt you?" You asked and sat beside him

He looked at you and nodded

Sighing, you pat his head softly

"Eric...how many times do I have to tell you that you are not a dog!" You told him

He was looking at you with sad eyes

When he came to HOMRA, You took care of him. Especially when Yata argue with him.

Honestly speaking, you've loved the man himself. Since the day you took care of him. He just looked so fragile and lost and you cant help it. But you hated the fact that he thinks he's a dog and looks for an Owner. Usually Mikoto.

"Eric...you are Human...Seriously...It pains me to see you like this! " you scolded him

"(Y/N)...Thanks.." he mumbled

Yup. He's a tsundere. Acts arrogant but sweet. More reasons for you to fall for him.

"Tell you what, LETS GO EAT SOMETHING AND FORGET REJECTION!" You screamed before pulling him up and dragging him to the counter. You sat beside him and beside him was the King

Eric looked down making you sigh heavily

"Ugh...Kusanagi-sann~ Can you cheer me up?" You asked

The said bartender laughed at the sight and went to make something. After a while, he came back with a tub of your favorite Ice cream. And it did cheer you up

"Oh god! Kusanagi-san is the best!" You screamed and started eating.

Looking beside you. Eric  was still looking down and the king left.

Spooning some ice cream you point it to Eric, who looked at you in a confused way.

"Eat some. Might cheer you up." You said

He nodded and chomped on the spoon childishly.

"Its good" he said

You nodded and ended up sharing with him.

~Time skippu~

Again and again, Eric would follow Mikoto like a puppy and Mikoto would always brush him off as if He was annoyed by the lost puppy's prescence. Well...who would'nt be? For you though it isnt

Spotting him sulking over the corner. You ran to him. You cant take it how he would always look sad.

"Look, Eric...Can you please just stop doing that? If Mikoto-san wont notice you then I think you should stop." You scold at him again, making him frown

"A dog needs an owner" he commented

Sighing you crough down to his level

"If you insist on having your so-called owner then....Can you accept me?" You asked

After a while you chuckled

"Cool...the soon-to-be-owner was the one asking that question" you realized

He chuckled and hid his face between his knees

Smiling you pat his head

"You're not a dog. You're human. But just like dogs, human also needs someone to supervice them. Basically, living things needs care and love. You're not looking for an Owner. You're looking for a companion and you failed to realize that you had everyone in HOMRA!" You speeched

After taking a long breath you continued. This is your only shot. A one-time only chance to make him realize everything

"I hate you....You were too desperate for Mikoto-san's attention that you didnt notice me...Was I just like a dog then? Or maybe worse I guess...But...I've liked you for a long time!...I've taken care of you and all but you just wont notice me....seriously!" You complained

You started to get embarassed so you put your hand down and looked at the floor

Eric looked at you shocked as you continued

"If you were looking for an Owner....you should've wagged your tail to me...you--"

"(Y/N) Stop." He said

Making you look up and soon, shocked. He was blushing, his eyes covered by his hair, and you were blushing too

"Sorry...I was talking nonsense..."you said as you play with your (H/C) locks

He looked at you smiling

"Im sorry...I guess? And I did notice you caring for me. Its just that...I thought You didnt deserve someone like me..."he said lowly

Smiling you poked his arm

"Do you like me?" You teased

But He took it way too serious

"Yes. I Did. Was it wrong to like someone who cares for you deeply? I was scared that if you left me It would hurt. So I looked for someone else's companion." He said

Blushing hard you hugged him. His forehead touching yours

"Stupid. But now that our feelings are mutual. You wont look away now right? Since I wont leave you from now on." You said

The both of you are smiling and spent the rest of the time chatting over the corner.

~Some little scenes

The bartender wiped the glass wines, as usual, as he watched the two at the corner. Before glancing at the King

"Well. Thank the girl from taking away your little stalker. Or were you a little tsundere and acted all annoyed but you actually enjoyed his prescence?" He said

The king growled

"Shut up." He said before looking at you and Eric

Unkown to everyone, he was actually smiling at the scene.
