You woke up to the buzzing sound of your phone and looked over to see the name that hasn't popped up in your phone for a week or so. Slowly, you sat up rubbing your eyes as you let out a small yawn and finally decided to answer your phone.

"Whoa this is surprising, long time no speak and why're you calling this early?"
You let out another yawn as you glib your legs over your bedside, shivering as the cold air hit your bare legs.

"Hah? It's 12 o'clock, how is this early? And what do you mean 'long time no speak' I saw you yesterday" the person from other side sighed.

"Well Yu, in my world, when you don't have school the next day, this hour is early and I'm talking about on the phone, I haven't spoken to you for a long time over the phone" you stated as you stood up from your bed and slipped your feet into your fluffy slippers.

You heard him scoff before he continued speaking, "So, how's that 'boyfriend' of yours?" you could tell the sarcasm in his voice.

"Meh, things are okay I guess, he's a bit distant but everything's fine"

If you were going to be honest, you've always liked Yu, but you recently felt that he was distant and wasn't opening up fully to you, even though you guys have been friends for ages.

So you began hanging out with this guy who is a year older than you, his name was Akira. Yu was really pissed with the thought of you hanging out with this guy, he never trusted him and gradually became even more distant when he asked you out and said yes. But deep inside, you still had feelings for Yu, but never paid any attention to it.

"Hey, are you busy today?" Yu snapped you out of your thoughts.

"H-Huh? No I'm not, why?"

"I need to speak with you, besides we haven't hung out in a while"

'What does he want to talk about?'  You asked yourself curiously.

"Sure, you can come over today"

"Will you cook food?" You rolled your eyes at his question.

"Just come over for dinner then, I'll have food cooked then" you laughed.

"Good, your cooking is amazing, I'll see you around 7 then, see ya" he hung up the phone before you could even say bye back.

You walked into the kitchen placing your phone on the counter while you get a bowl and put cereal in it.

'I wonder what he wants to talk about...' Your head snapped to your phone which began buzzing again.
You looked at the caller ID and it was Akira, you sighed before you answered it.

"Hey bïtch, come over today and play, I'm bored" he slurred.

"I can't, I'm seeing a close friend of mine today" you sighed knowing that he's drunk, again.

"Aw but baby, I miss having your body riding on top of my-"

"We've never had sex Akira..." narrowing your eyes as you waited for him to reply.

"... BEEP BEEP BEEP" the line cut. He hung up on you.

"Wha-" you shook your head, not taking no notice of what just happened. "He's just drunk" you continued telling yourself.
