Regret - Mark

'Jagi, I'm busy tonight, but I'll be home.'

I sighed as I put my phone next to my ear.

"Junior oppa, is Mark coming home tonight?"

"Huh? Oh, yea. We're at practice right now, and we have to practice extra hard tonight for some reason."

I sighed. 'Since when did I lose trust in Mark?'

"Hey, you alright?"

I snapped back. "Yea, I'm fine."

"Well, I gotta go. Bye."

"Bye." I sighed again as I put my phone down and dialed a new number.

"Annyeong?"

"Yugyeom? It's Mina. Where are you?"

"I'm at the mall with JB hyung. Wae?"

My mouth formed a O shape. "Where's Mark?"

"Uhh, I think hyung is at the dorms. Aren't you with him? I thought he said he'd spend time with you tonight."

I sighed as tears started forming in my eyes. "I'm not. I have to go."

"Okay. Bye noona."

"Bye."

'Even Junior lied?'

I got up and opened my dorm's door, walking towards the elevator.

'When did my my footsteps get heavier?'

I entered the elevator and pressed the 7th floor. 'Even my hand is trembling...'

I took deep breaths as I pushed away all bad thoughts out of my mind. 'Calm down Mina. Everything will be fine. You're just overreacting again.'

*Ding*

The sound of the elevator reaching it's destination made me realize, I wasn't overreacting, I'm nervous.

'Calm down. He's just tired. Maybe he's scared I would worry too much. Stop freaking out Mina.'

My hand trembled as I reached up to ring the doorbell.

"Coming!" Mark's voice rang through my head. "Mina?"

I looked up, Mark was shirtless and there were kiss marks on his neck and cheek. "Hey."

"Err..."

"I guess you lied to me for a reason. But I would never have thought you would drag Junior oppa into this." I sighed. "I guess I'll leave you alone for your own fun."

"Mina, wait!" Mark grabbed onto my arm, but I shook it off.

"Enough Mark. I guess I wasn't enough for you." I quickly ran off towards the emergency exit (A/N: I meant the stairs. *sigh*).

'I wasn't overreacting. I wasn't nervous. It was the truth.' I wiped the tears that were streaming down my cheeks as I ran down the stairs. 'Why was it Mark that had to cheat on me? Why is it always me that gets hurt?'

I fished my phone out of my pocket a dialled a number.

"Annyeong?"

"Yugyeom."

"Mina? What's wrong? Are you crying? Mina's crying?" I heard JB's voice on the other line as well as Yugyeom's.

"He was cheating on me. This entire time."

"Mina, calm down. I can't hear you!"

"Yugyeom. What should I do?" I ran out of the building.

"Mina, take deep breaths. Okay? Don't do anything stupid. We're coming back right now." I heard JB say.

"Mianhae." I said.

"MINA!!" Yugyeom and JB yelled through the phone.

"Maybe next time..."

×××××××× Yugyeom's P.O.V.

Hyung took the phone from my hand, "Mina, take deep breaths. Okay? Don't anything stupid. We're coming back right now."

Hyung and I started running.

"Mianhae."

"What?" I mouthed.

Hyung looked worried, and we heard car sounds. "MINA!!"

"Maybe next time... we'll talk about it."

"Noona!" Hyung and I stopped walking the moment we saw Mina.

Mina turned her head, and smiled a bitter smile with tears rolling down.

"Noona, don't!!" I yelled out as Mina took steps forward towards the road.

"Mina!!" We watched in horror as car ran over her...

"Noona!!"

"Mina!!"

Mark hyung. Where are you?

×××××××××Mark's P.O.V.

"No..." my eyes widened as I watched Mina. "Mina!!!"

I ran towards her and picked her up. "Mina.."

Her eyes opened, "Mark." Such a sweet, but bitter smile.

"I'm sorry..."

"Hyung." Yugyeom and JB ran over.

"Be happy, okay?"

"No. I won't be happy without you. Don't leave me Mina. Please."

"Mianhae."

"Mina!!" Tears streamed down my face as I watched my girlfriend leave me.

××××××× Third Person P.O.V. // A week later

"She just wanted someone to love her hyung!!" Yugyeom yelled at Mark.

"I did love her! I loved her more than anything!"

"Hyung. My sister told me herself you were cheating on her!" Yugyeom clenched his fists as he remembered the scene of his sister dying.

"She never let me explain."

"Enough already hyung! Mina is already dead. You can't bring her back."

"Yugyeom..."

"Don't touch me!" Yugyeom wiped away tears that were starting to form.

"Yugyeom, let's go." JB pulled Yugyeom away as he gave Mark a sympathetic look.

Mark sighed as he leaned against the cold gray stone. The stone that belongs to Mina Kim.

"Jagi... I'm sorry." Tears rolled down Mark's cheek. "I'm sorry."

Mark didn't know, but somewhere near him, Mina was protecting him. Everyday. Not just him, but the rest of GOT7, because she knows Mark regrets what he did. And she forgives him.
