Chapter 12 (Part 2)

Lila said, "I think we should even out this battle. Say bye bye to your friend!" You scream, "Jesse! No please!" Jesse's body was lying motionless now, and you were in tears. "Jesse. Jesse wake up! Jesse!" Jaden said, "Y/N we have to fight them." Noxaura laughs, "Say goodbye to your precious school!"

You said, "I can't believe you! Hurting people for your own entertainment, it's cruel!" Noxaura scoffs, "You're the Spellcaster Maiden? You don't seem as powerful as Draven told me." You scowl in annoyance, "I really hate it when you call me that." Noxaura replies, "Get ready to duel us, mortals!" You watch as her arm extends into a duel disk. "That's just gross." You see Lila activate her duel disk as well. You see Jaden's eyes change colour to one emerald and one yellow topaz. Jaden said, "It's time to get your game on!" "Y/N, it's time to show what the Spellcaster Maiden inside of you is capable of." "My pleasure." "Good luck, my mistress." Your eyes change from (e/c) to one sapphire and one ruby coloured one. Valkyria then appears behind you, "Time to show you the true power of the Spellcaster Maiden!" You and Jaden both say, "Let's do this!" Lila said, "I'll start first, fools. First I summon Serene Psychic Witch in Attack mode and place one card face down." Noxaura spoke next, "Well done, child. Now it is my turn, pathetic mortals. I begin by fusing Blue-Winged Crown and Niwatori together! I fusion summon, the Punished Eagle! That is all." Jaden said, "My move. I summon Elemental HERO Avian in defense mode, next I'm summoning Sparkman and Bubbleman in attack mode. Now I'm fusing them together with Polymerization! I summon Elemental HERO Tempest! I'm gonna throw down a face down and end my turn." You breathe and try to calm your nerves. If I summon something powerful, I have a feeling those two are going to get rid of it faster than well something. You look at your cards and panic for a moment. I only have one monster and mostly spell and traps! Hold on, this could work but I have to do this correctly if I want to win. You begin, "I activate Reinforcement of the Army to add a lower level Warrior to my hand. Say hello to Elemental HERO Burstinatrix, next I summon Dark Magician Girl and I fuse them both together with Polymerization! I summon Flame Wing Sorceress! I end my turn with two cards face down." Lila laughs, "That's not going to get you anywhere, Y/N. I tribute my witch in order to summon Mobius the Mega Monarch! With its ability, I can destroy both of yours and Jaden's face downs." Great. Then again, those two spells weren't really necessary. Lila continued, "That's all I'm doing for now." Noxaura spoke next, "Punished Eagle, attack the mortal girl directly!" Uh oh. Jaden yells, "Y/N! Look out!" Your LP drops to 1900. You stagger and reply, "I'm okay." I'm feeling weak though. You see a flashback of the nightmare and try to shake it out of your mind.

You suddenly see Jaden but he wasn't acting like himself. You saw that he had Yubel's eyes and that he looked very angry. You became afraid that he might turn into the Supreme King. You heard him growl, "How dare you hurt the students of this academy! Your sadistic ways will end now!"

You whisper to yourself, "Please, everyone be okay. Please don't lose hope and don't give in." There was another flashback, only this one was longer than the other one.

You felt like you were falling, you didn't know where but you knew that it wasn't a good place. You wanted to scream but nothing came out of your mouth. Your screams stuck inside your throat, trapped inside your lungs. Noxaura began to cackle, "You can't defeat me alone, foolish mortal! Your precious girlfriend can't even help you!" You see your own body, lying there, frozen and trapped in the mind of your own demise. You were unconscious, not moving as the demon goddess spoke. Your eyes widen in fear of what you had just seen.

Lila appeared beside Noxaura and asks, "What's wrong, Jaden? Sad that your precious Y/N can't help you?" He responds, "Leave her alone, Lila!" You watch as the Blood Moon's hue grew brighter as Lila spoke. Lila said, "Say goodbye to the academy as you know it now, Jaden Yuki! Your human existence will be erased and your soul will belong to the shadow demons!"
