(Y/N) POV

1 week ago my boyfriend of 2 years broke up with me. I have hardly left the house so my friend insisted we go to the club tonight. I sorted my dress out then I waited for the taxi and my friends. I heard a horn signaling the taxi had arrived. I grabbed my bag and left the house. I got in the taxi and saw Emily, Jade, Olivia and Ashley. "Hey guys" I said smiling. "Hey" Ashley said and hugged me. "How are you, (Y/N)?" Olivia asked as the taxi drove off. "Good, I haven't really been out in a while" I said. "This night will make you forget about that wasteman Simon" Jade said. "Hey, don't mention his name" Emily warned her. "Sorry" Jade said. "No, it's okay" I said. "It's not. Just spend time with us and have a laugh" Ashley said and I nodded.

We arrived at the club and went in. We sat down at a booth and got some drinks ordered. I saw Olivia and Jade talking and Emily was on her phone. Most likely talking to Josh, her boyfriend; yes, Josh as in Josh Zerker. "Drinks are here!" Ashley said and put the tray on the table. I grabbed mine and took a drink. "After drinks we're going to dance" Emily said. "Yes, I can't wait" Jade said. I took a gulp of my drink and then heard "Lads! Lads! Lads!" a big group of boys walked in. I didn't bother to look as I was lost in my thoughts. "(Y/N) come on and dance!" Ashley said and dragged me to the dance floor. I pushed all my thoughts to the back of my mind and began dancing with my friends.

I was enjoying myself and had a few drinks in me but not a lot. I saw Emily dancing with Josh who randomly showed up here. I then looked over and saw Olivia and Jade dancing together and Ashley had some random guy. "Hey sexy!" I heard. I turned around and saw a alright looking guy. "Hey" I said. "You wanna come back with me?" he asked and held my arm. I pulled my arm back, "No thanks now leave me alone" I said and turned away. "Please baby" he said and roughly pulled me. "Hey!" I said trying to get free. "Oi, leave her alone!" another voice shouted. The guy was pulled of my and thrown out. I looked up and saw Simon. "You okay, (Y/N)?" Simon asked looking down at me. I shook my head beginning to tear up. "Come on, I'll take you back home" Simon said. I nodded and he and I left.

We got back to mine and Simon opened the door with his spare key. We went inside and Simon locked the door. I took my shoes off and put my bag down. Simon stood in front of me, "You still shaken up?" he asked stroking my arms. "Kinda, I just wanna relax" I sighed. "Let's sit on the sofa" Simon said and we did so. We sat down but not close like before. I looked at the space between us and slowly moved closer to Simon. I felt Simon wrap is arm around me as I cuddled up close to his side. We stayed like hat for a good 5 minutes. "I miss you" I said stroking up and down his body. "Me too, (Y/N)" Simon said. "How did we break up?" I asked. "I... I don't even remember. It was probably something dumb" Simon said. I looked up to him and caught him staring at me. "I never said thank you for saving me back at the club" I said. "You don't need to, it was nothing" Simon said. I held his cheek and pulled him down; pressing our lips together. "Thank you, Simon Minter" I whispered as I pulled back. "It's okay" Simon whispered back. Simon then lent in again and connected our lips. I kissed him back and melted into the kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his snaked around my waist. Simon pulled back, "I want you back, so I can call you mine again" Simon said. "I want you back too" I said and stroked his cheek. "Be my girlfriend again?" Simon asked. I nodded, "Course, Si" I said and smiled. Simon smiled too and we kissed again.
