I know, I know. Crazy. It's 2024 and I'm back for like the hundredth time. Recently, I've been rewatching fairy tail and just... the excitement of the 100 years quest brought me back!

I'm sure many of my lovely readers who stuck by me while it was still in progress, and those who were here when the story was at its peak, are long gone. But those of you who are just discovering this story, or those who still come back... let me tell you how shitty this story is, haha.

No consistent plot, everything is so cliche and cringe now that I look back at it, AND it's incomplete. 

(Yes, I'm bashing my own story. But can you blame me? I was like 12)

It's crazy that now I'm 20 years old and returning to my "origins" on writing. I legit don't think I would've continued to write, had my story not gained a lot of attention when it did.

I've grown. So, I want to do my original work justice. I want to rewrite it so I can rest easy knowing this series will forever be tied to me.

SO! I've decided to go through and edit this story. I'll fix grammar issues, try to make the plot a little more consistent, and just... make it not seem like.... I don't know... a 12-year-old wrote it...

Yeah... still embarrassed.

Will this take time? Yes. Will I eventually forget about it and disappear? Probably. But that doesn't matter! I am doing what all creators do: remastering their past work.

With that said, I thank those that read this story, those that continued to wait for those last two endings that I never actually wrote, those that found my story long after it was done, and those that are just discovering it now. Without you guys, my passion for writing would've never kickstarted into what it is today, and I would not be feeling that good feeling of nostalgia as I read new comments and notifications. 

Also, I'm no longer going as Cake-chan. That was also a very dark past... I... yeah...
