Ok, this is how to get all npc's in Terraria.
Guide-Get when a world is created.
Merchant-Have 50+ silver coins.
Nurse-When you have a good amount of life.
Demolitionist-Carry a bomb in your inventory.
Arms dealer-Carry gun ammo or carry a gun in your inventory.
Dryad-Kill a powerful boss well either skeletron or the eye of chtulalu not really powerful bosses.
Goblin-Kill the goblin invasion and find him underground.
Mechanic-Kill skeletron and find her in the dungeon.
Wizard-Found underground at the beginning of hardmode.
Painter-When 4 npc's have moved in.
Party girl-when 8 npc's moved in and a 2% chance of spawning she will come eventually.
Which doctor-kill the queen bee found in her bee hive in the underground jungle.
Truffle-Create a glowing mushroom biome overworld not underground.
Angler-Found in the ocean (Not out on Terraria pe just yet)
Pirate-Kill the pirate invasion (you find maps by killing any type of mobs)
Clothier-Release the old man from the dungeon (kill skeletron)
Steampunker-Kill 1 mechanical boss.
Cyborg-Kill plantera find a purple bulb in the underground jungle when a mechanical boss is killed.
