I'm Going Back To Get My Memories

A young surgeon who is on his way home from work gets into a horrible accident on the high way. Family, friends and his girlfriend rushed in the hospital praying for his life back and staying by his side. He goes through a course of revisiting his memories and visiting his passed away dad to gain his memories back.
