What if it's just a dream?

North continues to have these weird dreams of some older boy in the hospital,for some reason in the dreams he IS that boy? He has these dreams every week or so,but it's been going on for almost a year now? Is he sure it's a dream? Or... All characters are mine,also my original idea,originally posted on Wattpad
