I know your probably not going to update your book again and that's ok just know that I want you to get better even if it was 2 years ago it doesn't matter as long as your ok now and you pulled through what you did and that's an achievement as it is live your life as you want. And if your still there with the darkness thats keeps dragging you back down just know you will eventually find a rope and climb out yourself because your strong and you can't see that now but you are and will be forever.
