I can age up to 5 years older, but not in reverse, making my final look 23 years old. You will see this mentioned later on in the story. As for why this is possible, that's a secret for now

I DESPISE being paired with the asshole Envy, being mistaken as a GIRL because of my long blonde hair, or even considered to be gay. I am STRAIGHT but my relationship status is complicated. I'm NOT looking to paired with any female right now either
