But in reality tell them that you aren’t interested in them or in their gender(men or female or whatever) that way.They they really care for you they will move on even if it’s a little awkward but you’d eventually look back and laugh at it together.If they can’t move on give them some space before with cutting them out if they can’t except it /keep trying(still be friendly ofc) or letting them accept it and move on as friends
