I find solace in words; Yet I do not speak;
I read.
Reading became the nourishment my body needs
Instead of doing something else,
I sit down silently,
I absorb worlds unknown to our reality 
Don't get me wrong, 
I like reading books full of knowledge,
But I find myself leaning more towards fictional places;
Like those that have dragons and elves,
Warriors and royals,
Life and death.
