did i watch top gun five minutes ago? yes. am i about to make that part of my personality for at least the next month? also yes. 
          
          but i'm curious: who's your favorite character from either top gun movie? my favorite call sign is definitely "hangman" (because he'll always leave you hanging.. ahaha.. aha..) BUT my favorite character is a tie between "iceman" (as much of an asshole as he was in movie one, he was RIGHT) and "phoenix" (mostly because i'm a useless gay and she's my type). 
          
          but here's what i actually came here to say:
          
          i realize i haven't been active for a very, very long time. but, as of now, i'm officially going to be discontinuing my stories and leaving this account up for keepsakes. i'm sorry for that, but i will not be explaining why or replying to any kind of backlash for this decision.  this is not something i'll be considering to debate. thank you.

          the OOC series, along with all of my other works, are being discontinued. i've been putting a lot of thought into it over the past few weeks, and i really do think that cutting the head off here will be better for me and my sanity. 
          
          don't get me wrong, i love all of you so so much for supporting me on this journey, it's just gotten so hard as of late to catch up with AP and honors homework, sports and tutoring (cause APEC is kicking my ass), and every other teenage thing that has cut my freetime into the five minutes of silence that appear just before i get to sleep.
          
          i'm so, so sorry. and i can't promise i can continue this series in the future, but i hope you guys have a better day and remember that i'll see you later.

sorry i haven't been online in forever guys - school's been hella rough. i'm taking an AP, honors course, chemistry, sociology.. i'm drowning. today was the first day i could actually sit down and write. it's been a while since i've done that. but, anyways. i got a kitten!! his name is doc cause his entire litter was named after the seven dwarfs haha. internally i call him red (after red alert) cause he's so flippin cute. anyways, i planned to sit here and write a jazz appreciation post because my writer's block is out to get me, but clearly that didn't happen.
          
          anyways, here's to another day i'm alive. XD <3

          chapter five has just been completed, and the rewrite has a total of 8k words! not much, but the chapters are supposed to be short as we gain more and more character development. <33 thank you for being so patient with me!
