I was in a good mood and felt productive enough to finish the draft of the Prologue to Canis: The Sorrowful Heavens.

I'm still primarily focused on editing the first book, but since it's been getting so much traction lately I wanted to treat my readers who have finished it.

After much thought, I have decided that my name is boring and decided to go with a pen name.

All my works will be amended and future works will be listed with Aryn Rosci as the author.

Aryn because it's an anagram of Ryan. Rosci because my surname by birth was Rosciolo. In case anyone is confused.

I was going through my documents and found the short story I wrote in 2016 that I later adapted into Canis.

The Legion-Commander is a story of Rauker Vorais(who has a short appearance in Canis) leading his troops to victory against an invading force known as the Forsaken(who would be re-imagined as the Seraphi).

The final chapters of Canis have just been uploaded, and the story is complete. It's been a long 18 months since I began writing the story, and I'll keep tweaking little things but the story is established from start to finish.

I hope you all read and enjoy it.

As promised, I have begun uploading edits to the prior chapters of Canis ahead of the release of the last two chapters and the epilogue, which I just finished this morning.

Edits include fixes to grammar and punctuation issues, as well as some light renaming on things. The biggest change is the naming for the Seraphi, which I was never satisfied with.

I should have everything done and the finale up by the end of the week. If you haven't started reading Canis: Unrest Amid a Sea of Stars, now is a good time.

A little news on Canis. I've completed the outline for the last two chapters and the epilogue. Because it's a finale, I'll be waiting until all three installments are done before I release them.

And in the meanwhile I'll be also doing edits to the past chapters because work and whatnot hasn't given me much time to do that. There won't be any major rewrites, just better description, more detail, trimming unnecessary bits.

But be sure to read and tell your friends to read. It only helps me.

The Sword of Suris was my first book and holds a special place in my heart. If you love fantasy, romance, adventure, and a cast of interesting characters with diverse backgrounds, this is worth reading.

My muse for Canis is low right now so I've been editing and posting chapters from. The Sword of Suris, which is the first book I ever wrote.

Updates will be faster than Canis due to only needing to edit and reformat the chapters. Give it a read and let me know what you think.
