Hey author, I respect your hardwork and efforts that you are putting in this story. Being an author is not easy because you have to think about your plot and all but please don't give us false hopes regarding updates if you can't provide. If you haven't promised us an alternative day update then update wasn't an issue but this irrespective behaviour will ruin your book reputation. You have been lost for more than a year and many times I have regretted reading your story because there is something called patience. 
          
          Anyways leave it just try to update as you promised or don't give us false hopes
