okay, i confess : I can’t stand Batcat. In fact, I despise it with every fiber of my being.
          
          

We’re once again waking up to horrors because of what’s happening in Gaza. The number of children’s bodies I’ve seen today is deeply disturbing. 
          
          Please, keep Palestine in your prayers. Don’t forget them, or Congo, or Sudan </3

Tumblr Zi-nists are actually unreal. 
          
          The sheer number of them is INSANE, and they say the wildest, most unhinged things with their whole chest. After careful observation (aka suffering through their posts), I’ve concluded that they come in two main types : 
          
          • The Hardcore Zi-nist : this one is exactly what you’d expect: openly racist, aggressively Islamophobic, and constantly posting the most absurd fake news like it’s their full-time job. Zero shame, zero self-awareness, just straight-up propaganda 24/7
          
          • The Liberal Zi-nist : now, this one is the most irritating. They’ll be reblogging Zi-nist talking points all day, but then slap a “No Islamophobia or racism on my page” disclaimer like that cancels out the entire ideology they’re pushing. Like… girl??? The thing you’re supporting literally calls for the death and displacement of Arabs and Muslims. Be serious.
          
          It’s actually hilarious how nothing they say ever makes sense. One time, I saw a Zi-nist blog try to claim Malcolm X was anti-Semitic. I wish I was joking.

I really want to write a Scandal fic ( especially with Fitzgerald Grant ) bc there’s barely any on here + coming up with a good plot that fits the series is surprisingly harder than it seems lol

for my Peaky Blinders fic, I’m taking it way too seriously atp … like I went down a research rabbit hole and now I have a whole list of historical details I want to add … and since it’s set during the colonial era & right after WWI, there’s soooo much interesting stuff to explore that I haven’t really seen in Peaky fics before ( or just rarely ) but yh I’m not sure 
          
          i really want to make sure it actually feels like the time period and not just vaguely old-timey Britain with gangsters ;)
