A.J. Hughes (birth name: Alexander James Davies), is a young writer and aspiring author in the fledgling stages of his career. Writing prolifically since 2010, he now has a good body of stories tucked away, as well as several dozen poems and is a sporadic contributor to the website, http://www.culturedvultures.com

Alex is constantly throwing himself into one writing challenge or another; from trying to write some of the most controversial stories ever conceived in some of the most conscientious ways possible, to the latest addition of attempting to get his recently completed novel into the eyes of a wider audience.

Alex lives to write and writes to live. Suffering the occasional mental breakdown, he resides in Chester with a crab, several fish, and three very demanding cats.
