            "hm...?"  the man spoke with a soft hum,  gazing right back into her eyes as she spoke to him with that lovely smile.  he felt her hand against his cheek and he gave it an adoring squeeze with his own,  quiet and still as korinna spoke.  her words made his heart race,  his own face flushing when she hid her face away from him.  "oh,  korinna..."  william would utter softly,  a hand rubbing slow circles into her upper back.  "i meant it,  too.  i feel..  the same.  i want to be /yours/ just as you said you wanted to be /mine/."  he confessed right back,  leaning away some so he could gaze at her face once again. 

        she  looked  up   through   her  lashes,   amethyst eyes  locking  with  turquoise.    korinna  hesitated  for  a  moment,   lips  parted  to  speak  but  no  words  formed.   for  a   moment,   she  wondered  if  he  even  felt  the  same -  if it was all just an act ?  but,  that  would  be  ridiculous.   she  smiled,   bringing  a   hand  up  to   cup  his  cheek  so  gently.    "     I  meant  it  ,   you   know?    every   last   word.      "     she   confessed,     curling   into  him   as  if   hiding  from  his  reaction.    "    I  ..  I   didn't  have  the  courage  the  next  morning  to  say  it ,   but  ..   um  -      "    she  grew   red,  her  face  burning  where  it  buried  into  his  neck,   fingers  curling  into   the  sleeves  of  his  shirt.      "   oh -   really,  this  shouldn't  be  so  hard  !  I'm   not  a  child  anymore   I   shouldn't  be  ..  like  this  ,    "     she'd  huff   in   a  mumble  to  herself.

            "hm?"  hearing korinna's voice,  the man's eyes fluttered open and he shifted his arm a little as she moved but didn't pull it away.  for a moment,  he was quiet.  he thought back to when she'd said that.  the thought made him swallow,  taking his bottom lip between his teeth.  "i do remember that,  yes.  why...?"

            "oh...  well,  yes..  i guess you could put it that way."  the man spoke,  voice a bit sheepish as he shrugged.  "i just like how..  excited she gets.  when i read.  she's a very sweet girl.  smart,  too.  sometimes she points out little words she knows.  it's the cutest thing really -"  ah...  was that too much?

            the man did nothing but smile against her palm,  carefully pulling her hand away eventually.  "no,  come on..  what?  i was just saying other people definitely oogle you and it does make me jealous sometimes.."

         she  placed  a  hand  over  his  mouth,   face  red  with  embrassement .       "     stop  that !    I ..  i   was  only  saying  that  you -   you-  !  Oh  nevermind, I  can't  think  !     "

            "korinna you..  are you being serious?"  william gave a playful pout at the cheek pinching,  but that was it.  "you are gorgeous.  you are a perfect mother.  you work hard.  you you..  there's plenty to /oogle/."

            korinna's kiss flushed his face a bit and he glanced off to the side,  his smile sheepish.  the things she did to him.  "oh,  ah-"  he swallowed,  glancing towards her bra clasp.  william was going to do it,  but then she walked off and he followed behind.  "right,  right..."  once in the bathroom,  he took down his small ponytail and then lifted a hand.  "the clasp?  need it undone now?"

       she  gave  a  giggle,   pushing  up  on  her  feet  to  press  a  small  kiss  to  his  lips . she  turned  away  from  him  soon  after,   hands  curling  around  the  plain  shirt's  end.     "      see?   you  get  it !     "   she  joked ,   pulling  the  fabric  off  quite   quickly.   she  reached  round  her  back,  fiddling  with  the  strap  of  her  bra .    "    hff -    will?  can  you  unclassified  it  for  me?    "     she  asked,    "     ah   wait -   I  should  sort  the  shower  out  first .    I'll  be  in  there ,  just  follow  after !    "   she  chirped,   flashing  a  brief  smile  before  tottering  off  to  the  bathroom  with  a  hum .

            "korin-"  cutting himself off,  william gazed down at her careful fingers as they started undoing all the buttons of his shirt.  he gave a sheepish smile,  a hand going to the back of his head.  at least,  until her fingers grasped his chin,  catching his attention again.  "ah?  no,  no...  you're right.  we should just go together.  for the sake of not having paint dry on /either/ of us."  that certainly didn't sound pleasant.  a bit awkwardly,  the man started undoing his own pants.

            william's heart had always been hers.  since they met.  yet,  she had been married at the time and so he never acted on it.  it was a secret he was willing to take to the grave.  but here?  now?  what was he supposed to do with her soft lips against his ear and the gentle touch of her hand?  it made his body melt.  "of course...  of /course/ i'll have you,  korinna."  he would whisper back,  only a little out of breath from the kissing.  lifting a hand,  he ran his fingers through her hair and then took her hips in his hands.  "here..."  the man turned so he could carefully lay korinna down on the bed,  soon leaning over her.  he kissed her again.  and again.  and again.  until he was breathless.  "all /i/ want is /you/..."  he would utter,  tracing the curve of her throat with his lips and letting his hands go where they pleased.  carefully,  though.  he was being far from forceful or pushy.

          she  had  decided quite  a  few  weeks  ago  that  she  would give  her  heart  to  him,  ever  since  he  had  so  lovingly  devoted so much  time  to  her  silly  problems   or  quarrels .     korinna  just   needed ..  something  to  have  pushed  her  to  act  on  those  thoughts.   her  patience  had  ran  thin,  the  sudden  leaving  of  her  "  husband  "  was  enough  to  do  that;  to  set  her  own   wants  in  motion.    she  had  noticed  that,  really,   her  heart  only  ever  raved  with  William.   maybe  she  had  mistaken  her  now-ex-partner's  narcissism for  love.    how  naive  of  her.     but  that  was  hardly  what  she  cared  about  now.   not  when   William  was  right  under  her ,  kissing  so  gently  at  her  neck.     "     I  ..  just  want  /you/.     "     she   sighed  out,   pressing  a   kiss  to  the  shell  of  his  ear.    korinna  leant  into   his  hand ,    trailing  her  own  down  his  other  arm,   until   hers  rested  atop.     "    yes.     I  want  to  be   /yours/ .    if  you'll  have  me?     "

            korinna's breathless and desperate whisper made his own breath catch in his throat.  he was unable to believe what he was hearing,  yet it was hard to look past how /close/ she was to him.  chest pressed against chest.  "a-ah..."  she set both his face and body alike aflame.  he was burning.  /yearning/ for her.  shifting a bit under korinna,  he pressed a few stray kisses down the side of her neck.  they were slow and deliberate.  "is that...  really what you want from me?"  a hesitant,  careful hand started to inch it's way up the woman's side,  stopping just short of her breast.  "will you really let me..  make you mine?"

            "spaghetti?  how did you know that was my favorite?"  william's tone always shifted just a bit when it was children he was addressing.  he knelt down a little to give a smile before he rolled up the sleeves of his shirt up further.  he then stood up straight again next to annabelle at the counter.  "what do we cook first do you think?  the noodles,  maybe?"  he glanced at korinna just to give another quick smile.

         "      you'd   miss   me  that  much?  aw ~     "         she   teased,    taking  a  gated  stool  from   the   corner   to   place  in  front  of  a   busy  counter,   watching  as  annabelle  scurried  to   climb  into   it.     "    hm..  what  is   it   anna?   "  
            
            "   'ghetti  !    "    the   child   giggled ,   throwing  tiny  hands  into   the   air.   her   eyes  scrunched  up   shut,   grin  pushing  up  round  cheeks.    "    ' ghetti !   "

            "i'd rather not think of such."  he laughed,  sticking his hands under the faucet and scrubbing them together.  "staying the night...  aha..  what is it we're going to be cooking?"

            "i will /not/ hurt myself.."  smiling lightly,  the redhead gave a laugh but started to lower her down.  "fine,  fine...  down you go."

        "       don't   you   dare ,   william,   !    let  me  down  before  you  hurt  yourself  -    hey !   "

            "hi."  smiling warmly with his eyes fluttered shut,  william waved back to the sweet girl.  "i'm really happy to see you again."  the kiss,  though,  made his eyes widen and then the teacher pouted.  "there isn't anyone else,  don't worry.  ah -  perhaps it's because i am exhausted?  i didn't sleep much last night."

          "     say   hi,   annabelle  ~   "     she    nodded,   watching  the  little  girl  giggle   and  wave  from   her   new  seat.    korinna  pressed   a   kiss   to   the   teacher's   nose,      "     good  !   there   shouldn't   be   anyone   else ,   hm?  how  would  annabelle  feel?      "   she   teased,   lifting  a   hand  to  pinch   his  cheek.    "    you   look   exhausted,   will.    "

            "o-oh!  annabelle!"  a warm smile grew on his lips at the sight of the girl and he carefully adjusted her so she sat better in his lap.  "i'm happy to see you.  both of you."  glancing back at korinna,  he smiled even more at the careful hug of her arms around him.  "no,  of course not.  i wasn't expecting anyone.  you were a surprise.  a good one,  that is."
