jade

a few things bout me 

the names jade,
my favorite drink is lemonade,
you should know I love  parades.

     they're  kind of loud,
i would like to live on a cloud,
hey, im so young, you'd be wowed.

     my favorite color is yellow,
i find pop songs kinda mellow,
also, i treasure the sound of hellos.

     sometimes i write,
and i enjoy bright lights,
but mostly, i like to bite.

     especially my little sister,
no, i don't have a mister,
probably because im a bad kisser.

     i like cats,
can't pull off hats, 
and am deathly afraid of rats.

     i adore fuzzy socks during winter,
almost died from a splinter,
and can't seem to work a printer.

     i think country is putrid,
it would be cool to meet cupid,
he looks kind of stupid.

     wait, that's probably why I'm single.
this is kind of like a jingle.
i really need to get out and mingle.

     ok, so this needs an ending.
