damn dude. maybe my writing is better when i enjoy it. idk when i started to spiral into this mindset that engagement = worth. i do think consumers (of fan content) need to engage with creators more, but like, u can't rly expect or demand it, u can only appreciate it when it comes. and if that's the reality then what the hell is stopping me from creating content that caters to the specific audience that is me.
