@simplysoftae Not anything I can think of but definitely keep on-top of taking them. I use to take one a month because I either forgot or didn't feel like it— don't do that. Also, if you're not vegan or vegetarian, eat lots of red meat, it has iron in it and will slowly help boost your levels up.

@homesick-- i have to do that because im nearly anemic, is there any tips you can suggest for taking the supplements?

@simplysoftae I can't remember what mine exactly was but it was like 16? It's average now after taking iron supplements for months.
