my name's Alya, and I'm here to help you see your beauty.

I understand that all you ever hear is people saying that they want to help. I understand that the last thing you want is another person telling you the same thing. 

But I am still gonna say it. 
I understand the pain you are in. Believe me. I understand. I get that you feel worthless and weak. But I want you to know that it isn't true. 

I used to feel the same way. And, honestly, I still feel that way sometimes (most of the time) But whenever I do, I don't let myself continue thinking that way. My demons don't control me, and yours shouldn't be allowed to control you either. That's why I'm here.
