The Royals Series is a Prince Harry fanfiction that follows the character Jacqueline Lousia Baker, Kate Middleton's best friend. Jackie and Kate met as freshman year roommates at St. Andrews University. Soon after starting school, they befriended a fellow student, Prince William. Jackie managed to stay out of the public eye until Kate asked her to be Maid of Honor in her 2011 wedding to Prince William. Being Maid of Honor in the "fairytale wedding" shows Jackie into the magical world of the British Royal Family, full of new experiences, new friendships, and new romances.
