Hey guys! For all of you who have followed me through my long hiatus, first I want to thank you so much for your support directly. The past two to four years have been rough, and I just got myself and my mother out of a terribly abusive relationship with my father that had me too depressed and unsure of myself to really post anything. After a lot of work and time (unfortunately), I am happy to bring you guys another lemon and to announce that I am officially editing the entirety of Hitchhiker so that I might be able to finish it with a clearer conscience and give you all the ending and story you all deserve. You all have helped me gain back my confidence with every comment, favorite, and follow. While it may not seem like too much, your support really means the world to me. Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy my new one-shot lemon, the rewrite for Hitchhiker that is to come, and the new stories that I finally feel confident enough to write and to enjoy writing. Hey everyone! I'm happy to finally be back after a long summer. I've been working through a lot of shit that all came crashing down at the beginning of summer, but I'm happy to be away from it as I'm finally moving off to college. I'm hoping to continue updating Hitchhiker until it is done- maybe not on a fixed schedule but still updating regularly- and to post a couple of requests for smut you guys have asked for. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I'm really happy to be writing again and to come back to some of the best readers and writers out there I can think of, and I really hope that you guys will continue to read as I continue to hopefully regularly update my stories.

I'm finally back somewhat. It's been a very hectic few weeks and it just got worse if you can believe it. I was overwhelmed with AP tests for senior year so I had to go on an unexpected hiatus with so many final projects due alongside my tests. I thought I would get back into it but I got so behind in my story that I have to read back through myself to refresh the story in my mind and find the motivation to conclude the story like I have planned. I have been trying to get over my sadness that I will be leaving all of my friends and my family while juggling work, and I got out of the habit. ON top of this, we were planning to go camping this weekend and I thought that I would be able to finish the reading and writing but it got canceled. Badly.
          
          Long story short there are a lot of uncertainties right now and I don't know what my future holds. I am not in a stable situation right now and I don't know when the chapter will be finished but I will try to finish the story I've worked so hard on. It will get finished, I just don't know when. I don't know if I'll be able to even check messages with the little time I have to get on right now, but I promise you I am trying.

Meant to finish tonight because I was busy all yesterday studying and working since 2pm to 10pm but I ended up having to write an essay along with finishing a mock prep exam for my Stats class. I'll have some time to finish tomorrow. Sorry for late updates but you know it's kind of expected by now that I update a day or two late. >.<

I know you all hate me for my shoddy updates and procrastination but I did it again (insert eyeroll). I'm on spring break in Florida with my family and boyfriend and this last week of school I was packed with before-break tests. It's the last year we'll be able to spend time with each other really, and I'm just kind of trying to take things easy this week to relax and spend time with him. I'm not sure when I'll get to update but I just wanted to let you guys know. I thought I could get a chapter done, but it just didn't work because I had to drive half of the way to help my parents. Chapter is in the making- sorry for the cliffhanger and late updates- and it will be coming soon.
