Do you, as writers, ever lose motivation while writing a story? What do you do? I was excited before I started writing it, but now I just go blank and stare at my computer, weeks go by and I don’t write a word. The problem is, it’s already out there. I started posting it far too early in the process. Should I put it on hold till my mojo comes back—if it comes back? Should I take it down and give up on it? Please help. I need some good advice

@mmfaber You don't need to feel pressure about it, writing should give you peace not anxiety. I have lots of my books that are on hold or to be continued and I don't feel pressurized to continue it, just move with your own pace and take this as your leisure time.

@pepperpizzas I think I was hoping someone would say that. The thing is, I don’t even think anyone would notice if it disappeared, and yet the anxiety of possibly letting someone down was paralyzing me. Writing hasn’t even been fun lately because I felt obligated to this particular story. I’ll let it go for now. Maybe with the pressure gone a miracle will happen. Thank you so much It’s so easy to convince yourself you’re the only one this happens to
