while hungering for inner tranquility



I'm the antidote to animosity

for I cannot stand the taste of enmity

Yet when my veins pulse with electricity

I fight back with shocking ferocity



I'm a woman of apparent dignity

who never flaunts her virtuosity

and revels in liberating modernity

which inspires bouts of curiosity



I'm a prim enigma who shuns formality

one who prefers quality over quantity

and detests inflamed superiority

as much as debilitating inferiority
