@finalsown,      yeah  …  i  don’t  think  any  of  the  kids  could’ve  pulled  this  off  if  it  was  fake  blood.

what?  no!  [  he answers / too / quickly,  smiling sheepishly.  his hand rubs the back of his neck,  ]   it’s just ..  creepy.  and we don’t have a flashlight,  what if we step in poison ivy or an ant hill?  [  he shrugs one shoulder,  ]  maybe.  but i feel like she’d read right through us. 

@CAMPSAVED,      don’t  tell  me  you’re  spooked  from  alice’s  ghost  stories?   [   she  humored  herself,    brushing  off  the  nerves  of  going  into  the  dark  forest.   she  was  at  least  glad  she  has   sawyer  by  her  side,    ]    alice  dared  us  to  go  —  we  can  just  wait  and  pretend  we  actually  went?

            I'm really not in trouble ?  ( a small smirk appeared on her lips at the comment )  took a lot of planning , you know . . well that's no fun  ( she sighed , glaring at the cleaning supplies )  really ? ugh - might as well be in trouble..

i’d be in shambles,  [  sawyer smiles,  holding up his whistle proudly  ]  i like the power of it,  i won’t lie.  definitely!  a little friendly competition is good for them.  we’ll have to pass out life jackets since somebody always ends up going overboard.
