- Do you have any cups, plates, or dishes in your room? Take a quick second to take them out, rinse them if you can. It’s worth it.
- Are you in any discomfort? Cold, hot, achy? Take a minute to grab a sweater, put a fan, and take ibuprofen if you can.
- Do you have any work you were supposed to finish up? An email to send, paper to type up? Get a nice cup of tea and at least start some of it. It will make you feel better.
