            He’s letting all the power to control him and what he should do. He’s blinded by the fact that he’s losing and everyone is going to fear him and not support him. The serum will probably take over his entire body and destroy it.

            Exactly!! With Lamar gone, John has no one else to keep him calm. Everything that is building up inside him is about to come out. He’s already murdered a kid in public, what else is he going to do? He fought Bucky and Sam and they took back the shield. So now he’s making his own and people aren’t going to praise him. They’re going to fear him. And the way he introduces himself is rubbing me off the wrong way.. Steve never introduced himself like that and with John, he’s not going to care who he hurts. His dark side is coming out of the shadows and it’s going to be a matter of time when everything kicks him in the ass. 

@1-800-BUCKEY I agree, I think that last scene was him probably becoming U.S. Agent. And John has let power come over his head, and probably was fed information of what the government wanted Captain America to be
