do you mind checking out my book and let me know what you think?

I want to write, and I have so many ideas just floating around my brain but whenever I sit down and try to do it this happens:
          
          *writes paragraph*
          *reads over paragraph*
          Me: "That is total shit"
          *deletes paragraph*
          
          This repeats until I stop and decide to go listen to music on eight tracks or something.
          
          
          But c'mon man, I really really want to write

I've got some big ass writer block. What do I do?
