Does anyone have a boss or manager that plays favorites towards to some colors. Because I’m actually Mexican and one time I say something in Spanish and the manager told me to not to talk in Spanish. But there was one time when of one of my coworkers said something in Spanish and the manager said the lines, “Don’t be speaking in Spanish because you’re in American.” Like that is rude for someone saying to that someone

Everyone who has a have job or work as a part-timer but does almost everyone hate of some of the managers who are favoritism towards to some of the coworkers.
Because that has happened to my job and even though I ranked up, it’s still annoying that there is favoritism still going on.

The workplace is so manipulative nowadays. I once had a boss that favorited me so much I got a promotion and a raise just within a few months of working there, but right after I moved into that position they literally began getting onto me all the time, making me feel like I wasn’t working hard enough. They even got mad at me for not showing up to work after I had a really bad car accident that could have killed me (my commute was an hour away so it was harder to hitch a ride every day).
They literally sweet talk you up until you start succeeding then try to break you down so you don’t threaten their position.

So, I heard a rumor that Altus won’t make FEMC in Persona 3 reload. I’m sad because I actually love her character. Even though she is such a underrated character, but I love her a lot not because she was voiced by Laura Bailey but I love her cheery attitude and even though they changed some parts up from the original persona 3 game. But I think she is amazing character.

@chasy2804 I also grew up with her, he voice some of my fav characters like Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket or Angela Miller from Resident Evil: Degeneration But my fav character is Leon (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

Sorry, I haven’t been writing lately I just been busy with school lately.
But honestly I know this happens to us Wattpad writers, but we don’t need any people to be toxic towards to us just because our writing is new or that they are talking bad about our books.
Look, I know I wrote something different in my Shoto Todoroki x reader book because it’s crossover with Final Fantasy 7. And I enjoyed it because it sounds good in my head and I actually love idea. But there is going to be some people who will judge our books because we love our ideas. But please, don’t be toxic towards to us Wattpad writers just because you don’t love our books doesn’t mean you have to be toxic towards to our books.

Exactly @chanelvirdis it’s our choice of what to do in our books, yes, I still make some chances in my books including my Shoto Todoroki x reader book of how the reader is Quirkless. I know some people won’t like it. But I love my ideas and it’s our book and our choice to write our own books
