@svetlanaborisnova he had like a little quiff in his hair around some event but it definitely had more curls in it. i think it was like the Sweet Tart candy event lol.   i guess troye just wanted to be a rat and tease us with his small quiff. it was around this time i posted it that he had it going on but he stopped rip.
